Company background and licence

Winna's own casino content says the platform launched in late 2024. It also describes the brand as available in more than 174 countries and serving more than 100,000 active players. Those reach figures are Winna marketing claims, not independently audited user statistics.

The same official content names Paul Martens as CEO and says Winna secured $15 million in seed funding in December 2024. The brand positions itself as a crypto casino with a casino lobby, sportsbook, provably fair in-house games, a player chat and a high-volume VIP programme.

The legal wording is not fully consistent about the operator's company suffix:

• the Terms of Service and footer name GG Gaming LLC;
• the official licence article names GG Gaming Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, trading as Winna.com;
• the regulator lookup instruction tells players to search for GG Gaming S.R.L.

All three versions use the same Costa Rican address. Winna states that it is licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission under the Tobique Gaming Act 2023. The footer seal opens a TGC validation page for winna.com. The site does not print a normal licence-number field, so the validation seal and regulator holder listing should not be misrepresented as a numbered licence.

Exact casino catalogue figures

The live category counters show:

These category figures overlap. Game shows can also sit inside Live Casino, while live blackjack or roulette can appear in both Live Casino and Table Games. They must not be added together as a unique all-games total.

Winna also uses broader marketing language such as 6,000+ casino games. This is compatible with the 6,241-slot counter, but it is not an exact unique-catalogue total. An older SEO paragraph on the site says 39 providers and another live-casino paragraph says 39 games. Both are below the current routed directory and category counters.

Providers

The casino exposes 89 unique provider routes. This is the clearest current count because it comes from the actual provider navigation, not an older marketing paragraph.

The provider roster mixes slots, live dealers, crash games, virtual products and Winna's own content. A provider route confirms catalogue presence, not that every title from that studio is available in every country.

Winna Originals

The Originals page reports 15 out of 15 games:

Winna describes its Originals as provably fair. Round integrity can be checked through the in-game fairness controls or the site's fairness section. The older SEO list names 13 Originals because it omits the newer Goal and Slide titles; the live category counter and game grid show 15.

Provably fair mechanics and disclosed game math

Winna's verifier uses a server seed, a client seed, a nonce and a cursor. The server seed is committed in hashed form before play. The browser generates the client seed, while the nonce starts at zero and increases by one for each wager. Rotating the pair reveals the previous server seed so its hash can be checked against the earlier commitment.

The published implementation creates an HMAC-SHA256 digest with the server seed as the HMAC key and the message clientSeed:nonce:cursor. Each 32-byte digest is divided into eight four-byte unsigned integers. Dividing each integer by 2^32 produces eight floats in the range from zero, inclusive, to one, exclusive. Further cursors extend the stream when a game needs more values. A completed round can be reproduced with its revealed server seed, client seed and nonce.

The technical article does not yet document Goal, and it does not provide one universal minimum stake, maximum stake or maximum payout for every Original. Goal's own campaign page advertises up to 60,000x through Golden Kick. Limits shown inside a game should control because they can depend on currency, balance type and jurisdiction.

The public provably fair page broadly says every game uses provably fair technology, while the technical implementation article describes Winna Originals. Third-party slots and live tables remain subject to their provider's RNG, game certificate or studio controls and should not automatically be presented as using Winna's seed verifier.

Slots, live casino and table games

The 6,241-slot category includes standard video slots, cluster and Megaways titles, branded Winna editions, crash-style products and themed subcategories. Current lobby examples include Winna Sweet Rush, Winna Trillion, Winna Aviamasters, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Money Train 4, Gates of Olympus, Chaos Crew 3 and titles from the wider 89-provider directory.

The Live Casino counter shows 129 titles. The live lobby includes blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker variants, craps, Dragon Tiger, Bac Bo and studio game shows. Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Microgaming live content and other live suppliers appear in the routed catalogue.

The separate Game Shows counter is 54. Because these titles also qualify as live casino content, 54 is a subcategory and not an additional block to add to 129.

The Table Games counter is 84. This view blends Winna Originals, RNG tables, first-person games and live tables. The visible catalogue includes standard and lightning roulette, blackjack lobbies, baccarat, poker, craps, Sic Bo, Fan Tan and specialty tables. Winna's own SEO copy on this page says 37 table games, but the actual category counter is 84.

Recurring reward details

Instant rakeback is the most frequent reward. Eligible wagering accumulates a percentage, and the claim button refreshes every seven minutes. Winna does not publish one universal percentage because the value changes with VIP level and activity.

The Weekly Boost is published for Silver 1 and above. The dedicated help guide lists Friday at 18:00 UTC and a seven-day claim period. It is calculated from wagering, VIP level and the player's profit or loss for the period.

The Monthly Bonus starts at Bronze 1. Its dedicated guide says it becomes available on the first day of each month at 18:00 UTC, reflects both rakeback and lossback or cashback, and expires after 30 days.

The Pre-Monthly Bonus starts at Bronze level, is separate from the Monthly Bonus and can be received in addition to it. The dedicated guide lists the 25th of each month at 18:00 UTC. The amount is tailored to recent wagering and must be claimed manually.

The Quarterly Bonus starts at Silver 1 and is based on sustained wagering over a three-month period. Release dates can vary. The reward appears in the VIP Center and expires if it is not claimed during the available window.

Free Spins start at Gold. They are released each Wednesday at 16:15 UTC. The player chooses one of three offered slots, the choice is final, and at least $1,500 must have been wagered in the qualifying period.

The monthly Free Bet starts at Gold 1. Casino and sportsbook wagering both count toward eligibility, but the reward can only be used in the sportsbook. At least $10,000 must have been wagered during the preceding 30 days. The reward has ten possible face values: $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $250, $500 and $1,000. It must be activated within seven days, used as a single bet, and placed at odds from 1.5x to 1000x.

Platinum unlocks seven-day reload runs. Each daily reload must be claimed separately; missed days do not stack. Platinum also unlocks lossback of up to 25% of net losses. The exact percentage is level-dependent and the offer expires if left unclaimed.

Some official reward pages publish different release times. For example, the general VIP guide lists 18:15 UTC for the Weekly Boost, 12:15 UTC for the Monthly Bonus and 15:00 UTC for the Pre-Monthly Bonus, while the dedicated reward guides list 18:00 UTC. The timer and claim window shown in the player's VIP Center should control when these pages disagree.

Player chat and rain

Chat access begins at Bronze 1. Rain entry requires Silver 1 or above. A player must send at least one chat message during the 30 minutes before an active rain and press Join when the button appears. Rain runs every 30 minutes, selects seven eligible players and starts with at least $10 funded by Winna. Player tips can increase the pool and automatically enter the tipper into that rain.

Spam, abuse, threats and self-promotion can remove chat and rain access.

VIP status match

The public VIP Match offer is aimed at high-volume players moving from another casino. Qualification requires all of the following:

• at least $1,000,000 total wagered at the previous casino;
• at least a $100 deposit to the Winna account;
• active access to the previous account so the player can place a live verification bet;
• approval through Winna support.

Once approved, the player selects one of five wager-target tracks:

Contribution toward the target is 25% for Winna Originals, 25% for games with RTP from 98% to 99.1%, 10% for games with RTP from 99.1% to 100%, and 100% for other games.

Winna Sweet Rush raffle

Winna Sweet Rush is described as an exclusive Pragmatic Play slot. The campaign offers a $10,000 cash raffle:

• there is no per-player ticket limit;
• partial progress below a full $1,000 does not create a ticket;

Goal launch raffle

Goal is a Winna Original built around penalty kicks. Its Golden Kick feature advertises multipliers up to 60,000x. The launch campaign runs from July 1 through July 30, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.

Each settled Goal win of at least 250x from a minimum $1 bet earns one raffle ticket. There is no one-entry limit. Cash-out wins qualify only when the final settled payout remains at least 250x. Voided, refunded, cancelled and irregular bets do not count.

The detailed prize terms specify:

• $40,000 in raw cash;
• 100 cash-winning tickets at $400 each;
• three additional winning tickets, each receiving an Argentina World Cup 2026 jersey signed by Lionel Messi.

The page headline calls this a $50,000 launch raffle, but the detailed cash schedule totals $40,000 and does not assign a dollar value to the three jerseys.

Daily and weekly races

Winna runs a $10,000 Daily Race and a $50,000 Weekly Race. The homepage summarizes the programme as $500k Monthly Races, which corresponds to the repeating daily and weekly pools rather than one single monthly leaderboard.

Entry is automatic. Eligible wagers generate leaderboard points. Winna describes approximate point multipliers of 1.0x for Originals, 3.0x for sports betting and about 4.0x for slots. The actual formula adjusts for theoretical house edge, so those marketing examples should not be treated as fixed multipliers for every title.

The promotions menu also reports 13 available player challenges. Challenge rules and eligible titles are set separately in each challenge card.

2026 World Cup hub

The World Cup hub advertises a wider $1,000,000 World Cup Promotions programme. Public components include boosted markets, a $200,000 raffle, Nation Drop, a first-bet refund, last-minute insurance and a doubled monthly Free Bet event.

The $200,000 raffle is split into two $100,000 phases. For each phase:

• one $20,000 Grand prize;
• ten $3,000 Major prizes;
• 100 $300 Minor prizes;
• 400 $50 Mini prizes.

Ticket earning is one ticket for every $100 wagered on casino games, one ticket for every $100 wagered on ordinary sports, and seven tickets for every $100 wagered on World Cup markets. The first phase reports 197 winners and $100,000 paid. The second phase uses the same $100,000 prize schedule.

Nation Drop gives an eligible player one random World Cup nation and one optional reroll. Eligibility requires qualifying Winna account activity during the preceding six months. Each nation receives a one-to-four-star reward rate, and rewards accrue from goals, group-stage wins, clean-sheet wins and comeback wins as the assigned team progresses.

Other World Cup cards state:

Each World Cup card has its own eligibility, settlement and expiry rules.

Welcome and deposit-bonus wording

Casino marketing copy refers to a welcome bonus and deposit bonus, but the public promotions menu does not present a fixed, universal welcome package with one amount and wagering requirement. No review should invent a signup percentage, maximum bonus or free-spin count. An offer shown in the player's Bonus Center is controlled by its own displayed terms and Winna's general Bonus Policy.

Bonus policy

Cash balance is used before bonus balance unless a promotion says otherwise. Bonuses must be activated or claimed within their stated validity period. An expired, forfeited or manually cancelled offer cannot normally be restored.

Winna can void a bonus and related winnings for duplicate accounts, collusion, abuse, guaranteed-return strategies or manipulation of unfinished bonus rounds. Starting a free-spin or purchased-feature round with bonus funds and completing it only after cancellation can be treated as abuse. The same applies to using bonus money to progress a game state and real money to unlock the higher-paying outcome.

Each promotion can add its own minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, contribution rate, maximum bet, cash-out limit and expiry.

The general Bonus Policy does not publish one numeric maximum bet, wagering target, game-contribution table or cash-out ceiling for all offers. Those values are offer-specific and must appear in the promotion terms or the account's Bonus Center. Betting above an offer's maximum stake can void the bonus and related winnings under the Terms. A forfeited or manually cancelled offer cannot be reactivated, although bonus funds already credited can remain available unless Winna removes them for a rule breach.

USDT is listed on ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Solana. USDC is also listed on ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Solana. This gives eight explicitly documented stablecoin network options. Other assets use the network offered in the cashier. A transfer sent to the wrong address or chain can be unrecoverable.

The interface displays account values in dollars, but Winna does not publish a universal fiat-deposit list on the main payment page. Available payment methods depend on region and are processed through third-party payment providers.

Key payment rules are:

• deposits must come from a payment method owned by the account holder;
• every deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal;
• withdrawals normally return to the original deposit method;
• the standard withdrawal limit is $10,000 per 24 hours, with discretionary increases for higher VIPs;
• the standard minimum withdrawal is $20, except when closing the account;
• withdrawals of EUR 2,000 or equivalent can trigger enhanced checks;
• multiple withdrawals in 24 hours may incur a processing fee;

Cashier interface and withdrawal flow

The signed-in cashier confirms that limits and network data are asset-specific rather than one universal crypto schedule. For a USDT deposit on Tron TRC20, the form displays a $5 minimum, 20 required confirmations and an estimated arrival time below one minute. It also warns that sending the asset through another network can cause permanent loss. Deposit maximums and platform deposit fees are not surfaced on that screen.

The withdrawal form separates network, destination address and amount. It provides 25%, 50%, 75% and maximum-amount shortcuts, shows the minimum before submission and deducts the displayed network fee from the withdrawal amount. With USDT on Ethereum ERC20 selected, the form shows the standard $20 minimum and an estimated network fee of about $0.17. That fee is a live estimate, not a fixed tariff.

All 13 supported assets are selectable in the withdrawal panel. A network must be chosen before the address is entered. The form does not publish one confirmation target or processing time that applies to every asset, and it does not expose a universal withdrawal fee before the asset and network are selected. KYC, source-of-funds checks, the $10,000 rolling 24-hour limit and the EUR 2,000 enhanced-review trigger still apply independently of the on-chain network fee.

Winna accepts no cash payments. Player balances are not bank deposits, are not insured and do not earn interest.

KYC, AML and account controls

Winna is not a permanently verification-free casino. Its AML policy requires customer due diligence at registration and full completion within 30 days of the first deposit, before the first withdrawal, before a player wagers EUR 2,000 equivalent, or whenever risk or identity doubts arise.

Registration and due diligence can require:

• full legal name;
• residential address and country;
• date of birth;
• email and phone number;
• passport, driving licence or government ID;
• proof of address issued within three months;
• proof that a payment method belongs to the player;
• source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documents for higher-risk cases;

Continuous transaction monitoring applies. The policy gives EUR 2,000 within 24 hours as an example alert threshold and requires reporting of transactions above CAD 10,000 within ten business days. High-risk or unusual accounts can face enhanced due diligence, withdrawal holds or suspension.

Only one account is allowed per individual, household, IP address or device. Duplicate accounts, false details, account sharing, bots, auto-clickers, collusion and payment-method abuse can result in closure and forfeiture.

Security, sessions and privacy rights

Account settings support authenticator-app two-factor authentication with a six-digit code. Changing the password requires the current password, the new password and a 2FA code, and the interface warns that a password change signs the account out on other devices. The Sessions panel lists browser, location, IP address and last-seen data for account review and includes a control to log out of all sessions. Winna does not surface a passkey option, withdrawal-address whitelist or separate anti-phishing code in the account settings.

The Privacy Policy also states that Winna uses SSL encryption, failed-login lockouts, role-based employee access, internal audits and third-party security assessments. These are operator policy claims rather than independent penetration-test results. The same policy says player funds are kept in segregated accounts, but balances are still not bank deposits or insured savings.

Players can request access, correction, erasure, processing restriction, data portability or withdrawal of consent through support@winna.com. Regulatory records can remain for up to six years after account closure, after which the policy says they are deleted or anonymized. The right to erasure is therefore subject to AML and other retention duties rather than immediate deletion of every record.

Cash Out can appear on prematch and live bets. The offered amount settles the bet immediately when accepted, but Winna can adjust, suspend or remove an offer at any time. Cash Out is therefore a discretionary quote, not a guaranteed right for every market.

Bet Builder combines selections from different markets in the same event, and every active leg must win. If one leg is void, that leg is removed and the remaining selections stand. Bet Builder tickets can also be included in combo and system bets. The rules define Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz and Goliath systems, with Goliath expanding eight selections into 247 bets.

Early Payout settles an eligible tagged selection as a winner once its published condition is met, even if the final event result changes. It can apply to singles, combos, systems and Bet Builder tickets, including some bonus-linked bets. A technical or settlement error can still be corrected under the general error rules.

Void bets are refunded at odds of 1.00. Common triggers include an abandoned event, a non-runner, an obvious error or a market that naturally ends in no action. The general definition treats an interrupted event as abandoned if it is not resumed within the stated timeframe, typically 48 hours, though sport-specific and market-specific rules take priority.

The sportsbook can show live scoreboards, statistics and event streams. The Sports Terms classify them as informational services that may be delayed or inaccurate, so settlement follows the official result source rather than the on-screen clock or stream. The data source is not always named publicly, but Winna says it may disclose the source at its discretion during a dispute.

Sports bets contribute to daily races and VIP progress. The referral commission view models sports bets using a fixed 3% house edge, but that accounting rate is not a promise about the margin on every market.

Referral and professional affiliate programmes

The logged-in referral area supports separate campaigns, referral codes, referred-user reporting and instant claims. For player referrals:

• sports commission formula: (0.03 x bet amount x commission rate) / 2;
• casino commission formula: (game advantage x bet amount x commission rate) / 2;
• commission accrues on qualifying bets whether the referred player wins or loses;
• available referral commission can be claimed from the affiliate page.

Winna also has a professional affiliate programme with revenue share, CPA and hybrid arrangements. Rates and caps are agreed in the affiliate account or in writing. Negative carryover applies unless Winna waives it in writing for a specific deal. Commission is calculated monthly in arrears.

Professional affiliate payment thresholds are $50 for crypto and $500 for bank wire. A first payment requires at least one qualified new player. Fraud, duplicates, chargebacks, self-excluded users, restricted-country traffic and unauthorized player incentives do not qualify.

Winna presents itself as an Official Partner of the Argentina National Team and links directly to the Argentine Football Association announcement. This is the clearest current sports partnership shown on the casino homepage.

The Goal launch campaign uses the Argentina partnership and offers three World Cup 2026 jerseys signed by Lionel Messi. Its copy also references Lionel Messi in connection with the partnership. The site does not present a separate, comprehensive ambassador roster, so Messi should be described as part of the Goal campaign and signed-prize promotion rather than automatically labelled Winna's individual brand ambassador.

Winna Sweet Rush is an exclusive Pragmatic Play slot collaboration. The catalogue also contains branded Winna editions from BGaming and other suppliers, but a branded game is not the same as an operator-level sponsorship.

Mobile access and software

The casino and sportsbook run in a responsive browser interface on desktop and mobile. General gambling disputes follow the Terms route to EGIS, so the correct escalation channel depends on the subject of the complaint.

The Help Center offers 23 language choices, while the casino interface has six. That wider selector shows translation availability, not a promise that live support is staffed in all 23 languages at all times. The site does not publish a universal first-response time for ordinary live chat or email support.

Public activity and prize transparency

The sportsbook includes a Bets Feed, while accepted personal tickets remain in the private My Bets area. Daily and weekly races publish leaderboard competition around $10,000 and $50,000 prize pools. Entry is automatic and points depend on theoretical house edge, so the rough 1x Originals, 3x sports and 4x slots examples are not fixed scoring rates for every wager.

The World Cup raffle page reports 197 winners and $100,000 paid in its first phase. The second phase publishes the same $100,000 prize schedule. Winna also exposes the race and promotion rules needed to understand entry and prize allocation, but it does not provide public wallet transaction hashes or an independent on-chain proof page for these fiat-denominated prize claims.
