Essential facts

Company, history and regulation

Duelbits launched in 2020 as a crypto casino and sportsbook. Liquid Entertainment N.V. owns and operates the platform. Herpestidae Services Limited is its wholly owned Cyprus subsidiary and provides payment, management and support services.

The relevant regulatory identifier is Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1507/0838. Older site copy still mentions the former Curaçao 365/JAZ framework in isolated passages. That legacy wording should not replace the CGA licence shown above.

Exact casino catalogue counts

The logged-in interface exposes several category-specific counts. These categories overlap, so their figures must not be added together as though every category were mutually exclusive.

Marketing copy uses rounded figures such as "over 5,000 games," "over 4,000 casino games" and "3,500+ Bitcoin slots." The live interface counts above are the more precise catalogue figures. Blackjack, roulette and game shows are subcategories of the wider casino or live catalogue and therefore overlap with other totals.

The slot page also states that the catalogue contains more than 120 Megaways games.

Complete slot-provider inventory

The slot provider selector contains 91 provider entries. The number in parentheses is the exact number of slot titles assigned to that provider in the interface.

Provider counts are filter counts, not promises that every title is playable in every country. A game can be unavailable because of jurisdiction, supplier or account restrictions.

Live casino providers

The live casino contains exactly 611 games across five provider entries. These counts sum to the complete live lobby total.

Evolution also appears once in the slot filter. Across the slot and live selectors there are therefore 95 unique displayed provider labels after removing the duplicated Evolution label. Pragmatic Play and Pragmatic Play Live are kept as separate interface entries.

Live formats include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker variants, dice games and game shows. The live page specifically highlights Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution, Ezugi and Iconic21 content in its explanatory copy, although the active provider filter is the authoritative five-entry inventory above.

Table minimums, available seats and side bets vary by table. Some games can be blocked in the player's region even though their lobby cards remain visible.

Duelbits Originals: complete 14-game lobby

The Originals page currently shows 14 game cards. Long-form page copy repeatedly says there are 12 Originals, so the live lobby and editorial text are inconsistent. The 14-card inventory is the precise UI count.

The page's explanatory text also claims a 1% edge for Crash, Dice, Plinko, Mines and Roulette. That statement conflicts with several RTP values printed on the live game cards, notably Crash at 95%, Roulette at 93.33% and Plinko at 99.12%. A review should quote the game-card RTP for the current configuration and flag the inconsistent editorial claim.

Provably fair system

The Fairness page publishes reproducible methods for Duel Poker, Dice, Plinko, Blackjack, Crash and Moonshot Crash, Keno, Hi Lo, Roulette, Dice Duels and Mines. Scratch Cards, Lottery and Tap Trading do not have a game-specific verifier section on that page.

Dice, Plinko, Blackjack, Keno, Hi Lo, Roulette, Dice Duels and Mines use a server seed, a player-controlled client seed and a nonce. The server seed starts as 16 cryptographically secure random bytes and is shown as a SHA-256 commitment while active. The nonce is the consecutive round number. A player can cycle the seed pair, which resets the nonce and makes the old server seed available for checking. The current server seed cannot be revealed while it is still in use.

The verification method is game-specific:

• Dice hashes the server seed, client seed and nonce, reads the first eight hexadecimal characters and reduces the number modulo 10,000.
• Plinko uses the same three inputs to create a ticket from 0 to 65,534. The ticket range maps to a pocket. The public tool supports 8 to 16 rows, three risk settings and four mode labels: Normal, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
• Blackjack shuffles eight decks from the seeds, nonce and the number of boxes played. The verifier shows the initial hands and the remaining shoe, so later cards can be checked too.
• Keno shuffles numbers 1 to 40 and takes the first ten as the winning draw.
• Duel Poker uses a daily public seed made from six pairs of numbers from 00 to 39, a server seed and the round nonce. The public seed and server-seed commitment are published at 00:00 UTC. The unhashed daily server seed is published after that day ends.
• Crash and Moonshot use a Bitcoin-block-derived client seed plus a five-million-link server-seed hash chain. Rounds consume the chain in reverse order from seed 5,000,000.

Duelbits embeds working CodeSandbox examples for several algorithms and publishes a dated Duel Poker seed and nonce-range table. This is stronger evidence than a generic fairness badge because a completed round can be recalculated independently.

Provably fair verification confirms that a committed result was not changed after the wager. It does not prove that the RTP copy is accurate and does not remove the house edge.

Slots and game mechanics

The slot lobby covers classic reels, video slots, Megaways, fixed and progressive jackpots, high-volatility games, high-RTP filters and bonus-buy titles. Demo mode is available on supported games without real-money wagering.

Duelbits says it uses the highest available RTP configuration for supplied slots. The RTP shown in the game panel remains the value that should be recorded for an individual review.

VIP ladder: all levels and wagering thresholds

Ace's Lounge starts at Rookie and contains 30 numbered levels. The thresholds are cumulative eligible wagering amounts.

Ace's Lounge rewards

• Level and milestone bonus rate starts at 5% and rises by 0.25 percentage points through progression, reaching 12.5% at Duelbits level.
• Each level is divided into smaller milestones so rewards can be claimed before the full level is completed.
• Unclaimed bonus from an unfinished level is split across the next ten milestones, with an extra 10% of the missed bonus attached to each.
• Instant Bits return 10% of calculated wagered house edge.

The practical calculations are therefore:

For example, $100 wagered on a game with a 5% edge creates $5 of calculated house edge. Instant Bits would return $0.50 before any game exclusion or account restriction. The same raw wager on a 1% edge game creates only $1 of calculated edge, so Instant Bits would be $0.10.

The account interface uses individual Claim buttons. A reward cannot be claimed before its milestone or time period unlocks. The public Ace's Lounge copy does not publish fixed UTC release times, an expiry period for ready rewards, a reload calendar or a separate lossback formula. Reloads, tailored cashback and loss-based offers may form part of an invitation-only VIP package, but no universal rate is stated.

Separate invitation-only VIP Club

The premium VIP Club is distinct from automatic Ace's Lounge progression. It is invitation-only. Duelbits asks prospective transfers to provide their current VIP platform plus evidence of total deposits and wagering. Benefits can include:

General bonus contribution, cancellation and abuse rules

Duelbits does not publish one universal contribution table for every bonus. Each promotion page is meant to disclose its eligible games, wagering requirement, maximum bet and expiry. The following platform-wide rules still apply:

• A promotion requires an explicit opt-in and normally permits one entry per customer.
• Only one participant is allowed per household, IP address, email address, payment account or shared computer.
• A bonus can be credited either as withdrawable cash or as bonus funds with wagering requirements.
• Some prizes are sticky and cannot be withdrawn themselves. They are identified as non-cashable funds.
• The operator can confiscate bonus winnings or deposits linked to coordinated accounts, duplicated tickets, matched betting patterns, low-risk wagering or bonus arbitrage.
• Betting both sides of a market, such as red and black in roulette, is given as an example of prohibited minimal-risk play.
• Accounts that are closed, suspended, self-excluded or otherwise inactive lose eligibility for bonuses and promotional rewards.
• A technical fault, incorrect payout or obvious error can void the affected prize. The normal remedy is the return of the original stake.

The daily leaderboard uses a published contribution scale: 100% of the wager for games at 97% RTP or below, 50% for games above 97% but below 98%, and 10% for games at 98% RTP or above. That scale belongs to the leaderboard and should not be applied to welcome-bonus wagering unless the specific offer says so.

No-deposit routes

Duelbits does not advertise a conventional registration bonus credited without a deposit. It identifies two no-deposit promotional routes:

• Most promotions are activated directly in My Rewards and do not require a code.
• A referral or promo code must be entered during registration or within 24 hours of account creation.
• The same input field accepts referral codes and limited-time bonus codes.
• Referral codes connect the account to a referral programme and Ace's Lounge rewards.
• Bonus codes distributed through official social channels can expire.
• Account owners receive an individual referral code and can earn commission based on house edge generated by referred players.

Supported cryptocurrencies

The logged-in cashier displays 14 crypto assets.

The cashier also provides Fiat, Buy Crypto and Giftcard tabs. Giftcard purchases redirect to a third-party website and can carry a fee. Fiat card deposits require the applicable KYC level.

Crypto networks, limits and fees shown before submission

The withdrawal form displays its minimum and estimated network fee before the address or amount is submitted. Values can change with market and network conditions.

USDT requires a network choice before the address field, minimum and fee appear. A single platform-wide USDT limit would therefore be misleading. The same asset-specific rule applies to other coins not itemised above. The cashier did not expose a universal maximum withdrawal, a guaranteed processing time or a confirmation-count table.

The deposit form requires both a currency and network selection before it reveals an address. It did not publish a general minimum-deposit or blockchain-confirmation schedule in the initial view. Players should copy the selected asset, selected network and any memo or destination-tag requirement together. Sending an asset over an unsupported network can make recovery impossible.

Deposit, withdrawal and KYC rules

• The Terms of Service require at least 10% of every deposit to be wagered before withdrawal.
• The AML policy reserves the right to demand additional KYC when deposit turnover is insufficient.
• Enhanced identity checks are generally performed when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach XCG 4,000, stated as approximately EUR 2,000.

Safe withdrawal flow

The read-only withdrawal path is: open Cashier, select Crypto, choose Withdraw, select an asset, select its network where required, enter the destination address, enter either the fiat-equivalent or crypto amount, review the minimum and estimated fee, then use Submit Withdrawal. The submit control remains disabled until the required fields contain valid values.

The form also recommends enabling 2FA. No transfer was needed to see the minimum or fee. The interface did not show an address whitelist, a withdrawal-cancellation window or a complete pending-status sequence before submission, so those features should not be claimed as available.

Account access and security

Registration is available by email or through Google, Steam, Telegram and MetaMask. The terms impose one account per player and prohibit sale, gifting, transfer or third-party use of an account.

Security measures and policies include:

The public pages do not document passkeys, a withdrawal-address whitelist, an anti-phishing phrase, remote session termination or a login-history screen. These controls may change in account settings, but they are not confirmed by the published material.

Personal data and privacy controls

The privacy policy lists email, name, phone number, postal address, date of birth, passport or national ID, address evidence, Steam account information, crypto-wallet information and usage data as possible collection categories. Automatic usage data can include IP address, browser and device details, visited pages, visit times, unique identifiers and diagnostics.

The site uses session cookies, persistent preference cookies and third-party analytics or performance cookies. Personal data can be shared with processors for platform operation, analytics, advertising, contact and payment processing, and can be transferred during a corporate transaction. The policy says payment-card details are sent directly to third-party processors rather than stored by Duelbits.

Where GDPR applies, the stated rights cover access, correction, objection, erasure, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Identity verification can be required before a privacy request is completed. The policy does not promise immediate deletion because information can be retained for legal obligations, dispute resolution and enforcement.

The language menu contains ten selectable variants:

The sportsbook includes pre-match and live betting, same-game parlays, cash-out on eligible markets, early-payout features, outrights and futures. Esports and racing have separate hubs. A rotating Parlay Boost can add up to 200% to a qualifying accumulator payout. Sportsbook rules are supplied as a dedicated PDF.

Sports settlement and risk rules

• A palpable error in odds, pay tables or software can cause a wager to be voided, with the balance restored to its pre-wager state where possible.
• A system malfunction, software fault, live-dealer error or human error can void the affected bet and winnings. The stated remedy is the return of the original stake.
• Live pictures and third-party score feeds can be delayed or inaccurate. They are not guaranteed to be real-time settlement evidence.
• Sports rewards use an assumed 1% house edge rather than the actual margin of an individual market.
• Cash-out and early payout apply only to eligible markets. Their presence elsewhere in the sportsbook does not guarantee that a particular open bet can be closed early.

The public interface does not state one universal sportsbook maximum win. Event, market, currency, account and risk limits can differ, so a maximum should be taken from the bet slip before confirming a bet.

PREDICT markets

PREDICT is integrated into the same account and wallet. Its menu contains All, Closing Soon, Sport, World Cup 26, Politics, Culture, Crypto, Gaming, World and Finance. Markets use decimal odds and settle when the defined real-world outcome is confirmed. Cash-out is available only on selected markets.

PREDICT should be described as a gambling prediction product, not as an investor-protected exchange.

Public activity, leaderboards and prize evidence

The Daily and Weekly Leaderboards page publishes player display names, point totals and prize amounts. This makes the live standings and advertised payouts inspectable, although a leaderboard row is not blockchain proof that funds reached the winner.

Daily leaderboard formula

The Weekly tab displayed a $30,000 Weekly Giveaway and a countdown. Its visible top-ten prize ladder was $4,500, $2,250, $1,500, $1,250, $1,000, $900, $800, $700, $600 and $500. The expanded explanatory panel still carried the heading "Daily Leaderboard" and the $10,000 daily rules while the Weekly tab was selected. That copy should not be presented as a separate confirmed weekly formula.

Challenges are another public activity layer. A player can create a multiplier target and offer a prize for completing it. The navigation displayed 14 active challenges during the catalogue review, but the count is live and can change.

Customer support and complaint escalation

The support page directs general questions to live support. The Terms also list support@duelbits.com and the web support page. The site footer links official accounts on X, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube and Discord, but those social channels are not described as formal complaint routes.

The dispute path has three stages:

1. Contact Duelbits support and attempt an informal resolution.
2. If unresolved, file a formal complaint under the Player Complaints Policy Guidelines.
3. If the formal response remains unsatisfactory, escalate the matter to the Curacao Gaming Authority.

The Terms apply Curacao law and assign court proceedings to Curacao. They also state a one-year filing limit for claims and an individual-proceedings clause. Wager-dispute liability is capped at the stake connected with the dispute, while account-dispute liability is capped at the net funds in the account at the time of the event. These are operator terms, not an independent legal assessment.

The support page does not publish a guaranteed live-chat response time, a complete support-language roster or a fixed complaint-resolution deadline. The separate security disclosure programme says vulnerability reports are normally answered within three to five business days, but that target is for security researchers and should not be reused as a player-support SLA.

Sponsorships, ambassadors and collaborations

The sponsorship hub contains five named profiles:

Restricted jurisdictions

The terms prohibit residents of Aruba, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Cuba, Curaçao and all Dutch Caribbean territories, France, Iran, Italy, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Portugal, Saba, Singapore, Spain, Statia, St Martin, Sudan, Syria, United Kingdom, United States and Yemen. Sanctioned regions including Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk are also named.

VPNs, proxies and other location-masking methods used to bypass these restrictions are prohibited. The terms permit account freezing and confiscation of winnings derived from circumvention.

Responsible gambling

Players can request self-exclusion through live chat or email. Account ownership may need to be verified before the restriction is applied.

• Initial account closure uses a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Available exclusion periods are one week, one month, six months and permanent.
• Remaining funds are returned manually after the required checks.
• Active bets should be cashed out where possible; otherwise the operator may apply cash-out or send settled winnings manually.
• A confirmed exclusion cannot be shortened or reversed.
