What the evidence supports
Qzino has precise live cashier minimums and fees for all eight enabled balances. Broader marketing mentions of other coins should not be treated as current cashier support.
What the latest research refresh covered
The 17 July 2026 refresh used a signed-in English session with a zero balance on desktop and at a 390 by 844 mobile viewport. It reviewed the live licence seal, legal documents, cashier, promotions, token pages, and account interface without depositing, wagering, withdrawing, connecting a token, uploading KYC, contacting support, or changing account controls.

Qzino's official launch press release was dated February 13, 2026 and described the platform as officially launched. Earlier planning and promotional activity existed in 2025, but the public casino launch belongs to 2026. The licence number contains 2025, although a year embedded in a licence reference should not be treated as the casino's launch date.
Operator, licence and domain scope
The site footer and the official terms identify CG Universe as the owner and operator. The company is registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-919306. Qzino states that it is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-202503015-FI1.
The live footer carries an Anjouan verification link for qzino.io. The legal PDF still refers to Qzino.com, while the active product is served on qzino.io. That domain difference matters when checking the licence seal, terms and any regional mirror. The domain-specific verification seal should be used instead of assuming that every similarly named Qzino domain has the same status.
Casino catalogue and exact counter scope
The logged-in catalogue exposes separate counters rather than one stable, deduplicated total:
| Catalogue route | UI total | Initial loaded batch |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 2,013 | 35 |
| Live casino | 747 | 35 |
| Table games | 46 | 35 |
| Qzino Originals | 7 | All 7 visible |
| Provider directory | 46 provider cards | All 46 visible |
These category numbers must not be added together as a unique platform total. Live casino and table classifications can overlap, and a game can appear in several lobby collections such as Popular, New Releases and a provider page. Qzino's marketing copy says more than 10,000 games, while the logged-in category routes expose the smaller exact counters above. The 10,000+ figure is a marketing catalogue claim, not a deduplicated count proven by the active lobby.
The casino landing page also has Popular and New Releases collections. Those are merchandising views, not extra games outside the main catalogue. The Popular collection showed 35 items on its landing-page counter.
Complete provider roster
Qzino's provider page says "Displaying all 46 providers." The count includes Qzino Originals as an internal provider card. The other 45 cards are external game suppliers.
| # | Provider | # | Provider |

| 23 | Thunderkick | 46 | KA Gaming |
The provider count is a directory count, not a promise that every title from every studio is available in every jurisdiction. Provider restrictions can remove games based on location, account status or supplier rules.
Qzino Originals
The Originals directory contains exactly seven playable titles:
- Limbo
- Dice
- Ultimate Dice
- Crash
- Coin Flip
- Keno
- Plinko
The site describes these as Qzino's proprietary fast-play games. The catalogue did not expose a separate eighth Original. A "Coming Soon" tile appeared beside the seven games, but it had no playable title and is not part of the count.
Originals also have their own minting rate. Each $1 wagered on an Original generates 10 minting points under the displayed Season 1 rules. This is lower than the slot and sports minting rates.
Original RTP, controls and fairness disclosure
The Dice route publishes an exact RTP beside the game title: 98%. Its default setup pairs a 50% win chance with a 1.96x multiplier, which is consistent with that return. Players can choose Roll Under or Roll Over, switch between Manual and Auto mode, halve or double the amount, and use 1, 10, 100 and 1K amount shortcuts. The page does not surface a universal minimum stake, maximum stake or maximum game payout before an amount is entered.
Qzino's Originals directory says the games use Provably Fair mechanics and can be checked independently. However, the public game page does not surface the server-seed commitment, client seed, nonce, hash algorithm or a reproducible verifier formula in accessible text. Those mechanics should be described as a platform claim, not as a documented HMAC implementation. Exact RTP, house edge, bet limits and maximum multipliers for Keno, Plinko, Crash, Limbo, Ultimate Dice and Coin Flip are not publicly specified on the directory page.
All Bets and High Roller tabs display recent public rounds with a masked or chosen player label, stake, multiplier and payout. My Bets is account-specific. The public feed shows active play, but it is not a substitute for a seed verifier or independent game certificate.
Live casino and table games
The dedicated live route showed 747 games. The first 35 were loaded before the Show more control. Qzino's live catalogue covers blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker-style tables and game-show formats. Evolution and Ezugi are the clearest live-specialist suppliers in the provider directory, while Pragmatic Play and Playtech can contribute both RNG and live products.
The separate table route showed 46 games. Visible examples included Baccarat, European Blackjack Multihand, Multihand Blackjack VIP, Casino Hold'em, Mini Roulette, European Roulette, Blackjack Royale, French Roulette La Partage, Sic Bo, Caribbean Beach Poker, Dragon & Tiger and Three Card Rummy.
Qzino does not publish an independent exact game-show counter in the main navigation. Game shows are described inside the live-casino category, so claiming a separate exact total would be misleading. They are included within the 747 live counter unless a provider applies another classification.
Slots
The logged-in slot route showed exactly 2,013 games and initially rendered 35. The catalogue mixes standard video slots, high-volatility releases, bonus-buy games, Megaways-style mechanics, jackpots and free-spin titles. Filters include All providers and Popular over 30 days, with Top, Hot and New badges applied to individual games.
Game RTP, volatility, maximum multiplier, bonus-buy cost and jackpot rules belong to each game. Qzino does not present one platform-wide RTP. A review should use the information panel inside the selected title and should not apply one provider's RTP to the rest of the catalogue.
Rank system
Ranks run from Level 0 to Level 77. This creates 78 numbered levels, not 78 plus a separate Level 0. Bronze begins at Level 3, so Levels 0 to 2 form the newcomer range. Rank does not decrease after it has been earned.
The rank page states that sports bets give three times the normal rank progress. Casino games also contribute to the wager total, but the exact progress weight can depend on the product.
| Rank family | Levels | Displayed wager figure | Cashback | Rakeback |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Newcomer | 0 to 2 | Level 1 starts at $250 | Account rate shown at Level 0: 3% | Account rate shown at Level 0: 10% |
| Bronze | 3 to 20 | $1,000 | Up to 4% | 10% |
| Silver | 21 to 29 | $200,000 | Up to 7% | 10% |
| Gold, VIP | 30 to 41 | $1,000,000 | Up to 13% | 10% |
| Super Gold | 42 to 56 | $50,000,000 | Up to 16% | 10% |
| Emerald, SVIP | 57 to 59 | $500,000,000 | Up to 17% | 11% |
| Ruby | 60 to 68 | $777,000,000 | Up to 18% | 12% |
| Pink Diamond | 69 to 76 | $1,770,000,000 | Up to 30% | Up to 15% |
| Blue Diamond | 77 | $2,770,000,000 | Up to 40% | 15% |
The large dollar figures above are the figures attached to each tier on the rank comparison table. They should be described as displayed rank-wager thresholds, not deposits or losses.
The rank table also lists level-up bonuses, weekly bonuses, monthly bonuses and sublevel rewards. VIP-only items start at Level 30. SVIP-only items start at Level 57.
VIP Club
There are two routes into VIP status:
- progress normally to Level 30;
- apply for VIP Transfer by proving an existing VIP level at another gambling platform.
VIP Transfer starts with an elevated trial rank. The player must meet the trial conditions to retain the transferred status. If the conditions are missed, the account returns to the rank justified by its actual Qzino activity. Qzino does not publish one universal transfer threshold on the public page.
Standard VIP benefits shown on the site include:
- cashback up to 40%, distributed twice a week;
- rakeback up to 15%, claimable every 30 minutes, with a boost mechanic;
- a weekly VIP Royalty Bonus based on activity;
- personal bonuses selected by a VIP manager;
- a VIP welcome bonus when the qualifying rank is reached;
- a birthday bonus;
- a personal manager and priority assistance;
- the Claim All option for taking the calendar reward at once;
- a Gold Wheel with prizes up to $300,000 in BTC;
- access to the closed VIP community and private promotions.
SVIP starts at Level 57. Its listed additions are an SVIP lounge, a separate SVIP bonus, the highest platform bonus percentages and a Diamond Wheel with prizes up to $500,000.
The marketing copy also describes a VIP Challenge that can pay an extra $1,500 to the main balance without wagering requirements. The public page does not publish a single fixed challenge target, so eligibility must be confirmed in the account or with the VIP manager. A second piece of page copy mentions VIP status from the first deposit through a VIP Pack, but the logged-in bonus hub does not show a universal public deposit amount for that route.
Universal bonus hub
The logged-in bonus hub displayed five universal reward types:
| Reward | Account-level display and rule |
|---|---|
| Cashback | Level 0 showed 3%. The modal says it returns a share of lost deposited coins when the account is not in profit. Higher ranks raise the maximum to 40%. |
| Rakeback | Level 0 showed 10% and a 50% boost label. It accrues from bets regardless of the result and can be multiplied by the boost. Higher ranks raise the maximum to 15%. |
| Weekly bonus | A minimum $150 wager unlocks it. The available amount updates daily at 00:00 UTC. A reward earned in one accrual period is claimed in the following period and expires if it is not claimed before the next accrual period. |
| Monthly bonus | Calculated from monthly activity and lost coins. It is claimed in the following period and expires if missed before the next accrual period. |
| Wheel of Luck | The standard card required $1,000 in wager to unlock a spin. Its modal advertised prizes up to $500,000 in BTC. The VIP page separately labels the Gold Wheel at $300,000 and the SVIP Diamond Wheel at $500,000. |
The bonus hub did not display a normal public first-deposit match such as 100% or 150%. Any deposit-match figure on a mirror, affiliate page or old advert should not be treated as a current universal Qzino offer unless the same amount appears in the logged-in bonus hub.
The universal hub does not publish one maximum bonus bet, game-contribution table, wagering target or cash-out ceiling for Cashback, Rakeback, Weekly Bonus, Monthly Bonus and Wheel rewards. Each promotion can impose its own eligible products and settlement rules. The World Cup campaign, for example, excludes cashed-out, refunded, cancelled, prediction and free-bet wagers from leaderboard volume. That campaign rule does not automatically apply to unrelated bonuses.
$20,000 Weekly Race
The recurring casino race runs from Sunday 00:00 UTC to Saturday 23:59 UTC. Leaderboard position is determined by points earned through wagering inside the race period. A tie is decided in favor of the player who reached the score first. World Cup soccer bets do not count toward this casino race.
The first ten prize positions shown on the active leaderboard were:
| Place | Share | USDT reward |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 20% | 4,000 |
| 2 | 12.5% | 2,500 |
| 3 | 7.5% | 1,500 |
| 4 | 4.5% | 900 |
| 5 | 4% | 800 |
| 6 | 3.5% | 700 |
| 7 | 3% | 600 |
| 8 | 2.5% | 500 |
| 9 | 2% | 400 |
| 10 | 1.5% | 300 |
The leaderboard exposed 20 pagination buttons/pages, but the site did not state that every page contains ten paid places. The top-ten table above is exact; multiplying pagination by rows would not be reliable. Rewards are paid in USDT and become claimable shortly after the race ends. Fraud, manipulation and multi-accounting can cause disqualification.
$50,000 World Cup promotion
The World Cup campaign runs from June 11, 2026 at 19:00 UTC through July 19, 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC. It is split into two $25,000 leaderboards:
- Group Stage: June 11 at 19:00 UTC through June 28 at 11:59:59 UTC;
- Knockouts: June 28 at 12:00 UTC through July 19 at 23:59:59 UTC.
The top 100 players in each period share $25,000. The minimum qualifying bet is $0.10 and minimum odds are 1.20. Combo bets qualify only when every selection is a World Cup event. Only settled won or lost bets count. Cashed-out, refunded, cancelled, prediction and free-bet wagers do not count. Rankings use total qualifying wager volume, and a tie favors the player who reached the amount first. Rewards are credited in USDT.
The promotion also advertises up to $200 in free bets and a Combo Boost up to 100%. Those benefits have their own bet-count and combination conditions in the promotion interface. They are separate from the two leaderboards.
Free-money tasks
The task area displayed six available tasks:
- Mint 30,000 points for a 5 USDT reward.
- Follow Qzino on X for 25 free spins.
- Follow Qzino Sports on X for 25 free spins.
- Join the Telegram channel for 25 free spins.
- Join the Discord server for 500 points.
- Follow the daily promo-code account on X for a cash bonus.
Tasks can expire, rotate or require a connected social account. The count of six belongs to the live task screen, not a lifetime total of all campaigns Qzino has run.
Referral program
The referral page advertises a locked $2,000 reward for the referrer and a locked $500 reward for the invited player. Both unlock progressively in USDT as the invited player's total wager reaches the following milestones:
| Referral wager | Referrer unlock | Friend unlock |
|---|---|---|
| $150 | $0.05 | $0.05 |
| $1,000 | $0.15 | $0.15 |
| $3,200 | $0.25 | $0.25 |
| $7,500 | $0.35 | $0.35 |
| $16,000 | $0.70 | $0.70 |
| $30,000 | $2.50 | $2.50 |
| $60,000 | $4.00 | $4.00 |
| $120,000 | $7.00 | $7.00 |
| $300,000 | $25.00 | $25.00 |
| $620,000 | $50.00 | $40.00 |
| $1,100,000 | $75.00 | $45.00 |
| $3,000,000 | $100.00 | $50.00 |
| $5,100,000 | $235.00 | $75.00 |
| $10,700,000 | $1,500.00 | $250.00 |
The 14 unlocks sum to the advertised $2,000 for the referrer and $500 for the friend. Once claimed, an unlocked part can be wagered or withdrawn.
Lifetime referral commissions use category-specific formulas:
| Referred activity | Commission formula | Effective share of referred wager |
|---|---|---|
| Qzino Originals | 5% of 1% wager | 0.05% |
| Slots | 15% of 1% wager | 0.15% |
| Live casino | 15% of 0.6% wager | 0.09% |
| Sports | 30% of 1% wager | 0.30% |
A campaign owner can share 0%, 10%, 25% or 50% of the commission reward with referred friends. During Drops, the referrer also receives 5% of the minting points generated by referrals. Those points convert to QZI under the general token-distribution rules.
The page headline says "$2,000 and up to 35%," while the detailed current commission modal tops out at 30% for sports. The 35% figure should therefore be treated as a headline or special-deal ceiling, not the standard category formula.
Affiliate program
The main affiliate page advertises dynamic revenue share up to 50% of NGR, an extra 5% of points or tokens generated by referred players during the Drop, and a 5% override on sub-affiliate commission. It also states:
- no negative carryover into the next month;
- daily NGR and commission updates;
- monthly crypto payouts;
- payment in USDT or another currency agreed with the partner;
- a dedicated dashboard, tracking links, creative material and partner support;
- custom revenue-share or hybrid terms for large, proven audiences.
There is a material rate inconsistency across Qzino's own pages. The affiliate hero and benefit section say up to 50% NGR, the FAQ says up to 35%, and the referral-page affiliate panel says up to 30% NGR during the Drop. A partner should get the agreed rate, NGR definition, deductions, payment threshold and traffic rules in writing before promoting the casino.
QZI minting and token mechanics
The Season 1 minting page displayed 2,198,008,872 total points minted and four planned minting phases. Its live rates were:
| Activity | Minting rate |
|---|---|
| Qzino Originals | 10 points per $1 wager |
| Slots | 13.33 points per $1 wager |
| Sports | 40 points per $1 wager |
The Platform Drop is allocated 16% of total token supply and the Mini App Drop is allocated 2%. Each minting phase has a fixed token price, and the price rises by 20% at each new phase. Beta users are described as minting QZI 25% cheaper than users who join after beta.
Minting points cannot be spent or transferred. They determine the user's QZI allocation at the Token Generation Event, after which the point balance resets to zero. Points do not themselves earn staking rewards. The page also allows Telegram mini-app vouchers and points to be linked to the platform account.
The launch press release gives a maximum QZI supply of 7,777,777,777 tokens. It also describes a model that allocates 30% of Qzino NGR to eligible participants and distributes 3% of the staking pool daily to eligible QZI holders. These are project token-model claims and remain subject to the final token, staking and distribution terms.
Supported cryptocurrencies and fiat status
The live cashier showed eight selectable crypto balances:
- USDT
- USDC
- BTC
- BNB
- ETH
- SOL
- TRX
- GRAM, labelled "prev. TON" in the wallet
The Fiat tab was marked "Soon," so the logged-in cashier did not expose an active fiat deposit method. The terms still contain fiat rollover and withdrawal clauses for cases where fiat processing is enabled.
Marketing copy elsewhere on the site mentions assets such as DOGE, LTC, Polygon and TON among a broader intended crypto range. They are not selectable in the live wallet list and should not be counted as enabled cashier balances. Network support and minimum deposits are asset-specific. For example, the USDT deposit screen uses BSC and shows a 1 USDT minimum.
Asset-level cashier schedule
The cashier publishes a separate deposit minimum, withdrawal minimum and withdrawal fee for every selectable balance:
| Asset | Network | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal | Displayed withdrawal fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| USDT | BSC | 1 USDT | 2 USDT | 0.1 USDT |
| USDC | BSC | 1 USDC | 2 USDC | 0.1 USDC |
| BTC | Bitcoin | 0.00001 BTC | 0.00005 BTC | 0.000075 BTC |
| BNB | BSC | 0.005 BNB | 0.01 BNB | 0.0005 BNB |
| ETH | ERC20 | 0.0005 ETH | 0.001 ETH | 0.0005 ETH |
| SOL | Solana | 0.005 SOL | 0.01 SOL | 0.005 SOL |
| TRX | TRC20 | 10 TRX | 10 TRX | 5 TRX |
| GRAM, labelled prev. TON | TON | 0.1 GRAM | 0.2 GRAM | 0.02 GRAM |
Each deposit panel warns the player to use only the named network. The TON panel also labels that route as a fast deposit. The cashier does not surface required confirmation counts, a fixed arrival estimate or an asset-specific maximum deposit. The Terms instead state that there is no maximum deposit and that Qzino charges no deposit fee, while external wallet and blockchain charges can still apply.
Deposit, withdrawal and maximum-win rules
Qzino sets a currency-specific minimum deposit. Deposits below the minimum can be lost and are non-refundable. The terms state that there is no maximum deposit limit and that Qzino does not charge a deposit fee, although wallet, blockchain or payment-provider charges can apply.
The anti-money-laundering rollover for a crypto deposit is 100% of the deposit, or 1x, across gaming and sports before withdrawal. This basic crypto rollover does not apply from Level 15 onward. Fiat deposits require 200%, or 2x, turnover.
Withdrawals can be delayed for anti-fraud checks for up to seven days or longer when required. Fiat withdrawals can take up to seven business days in exceptional cases. The user must normally withdraw through the same wallet, payment method and blockchain used for the deposit. Deposits from a centralized exchange, hot wallet or other financial service can trigger extra verification if a matching return route is not available.
Low-liquidity assets can be converted and paid in USDT at Qzino's discretion. The terms say that this conversion route can take up to 48 hours. Winnings of $50,000 or more can be paid in installments over up to 30 days.
The maximum payable win is $300,000 equivalent. It applies to a bet, spin, bonus round, free spin or purchased free spin even if the game technically displays a larger result. Qzino may pay the $300,000 cap in equal installments over as long as 90 days.
The withdrawal screen requires currency, network, destination address and amount. It includes an address book and a Max control, then keeps the final withdrawal button unavailable until the required fields are valid. The displayed fee is tied to the selected asset rather than one platform-wide percentage. A confirmation count and estimated blockchain-processing time are not surfaced at this pre-submit stage.
KYC, CDD and AML
Qzino can request customer due diligence at any time, including before or during a deposit or withdrawal. Verification can include:
- government-issued photo identification;
- a selfie;
- proof of address;
- occupation and professional information;
- source of funds and source of income;
- payment ownership;
- location information;
- a review of gambling and transaction patterns.
The user has up to seven days to provide the initial response requested by the Risk Department. The full CDD process must be completed within 30 days from that first response. Refusal, missed deadlines or suspected fraud can lead to permanent suspension or closure. Funds and payments can remain frozen while the review is open.
Qzino monitors transactions for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions violations, patterned operations and account misuse. The site can require a return to the original wallet, ask for source-of-funds evidence, report suspicious activity and withhold funds when law or a competent authority requires it.
Account rules and restricted markets
One person may hold only one account. The restriction also covers duplicate accounts created through another email, wallet, relative, representative or connected party. Bonus winnings and funds linked to duplicates can be voided and reclaimed.
Email registrations must be confirmed within 30 days or the account can be deleted. Account sharing, sale, transfer, collusion, automated outcome tools, card counters, bots, bug exploitation, chargebacks and promotion abuse are prohibited.
Account security and privacy limits
Wallet-based registrants must add an email address and password before they can sign in to the installable web app with credentials. The withdrawal form provides an address book, but the interface does not identify it as a security whitelist. Authenticator-app 2FA, passkeys, an anti-phishing phrase and withdrawal-address locking are not surfaced in Qzino's account settings, so these protections should not be claimed without a separate official control or policy statement.
Qzino can request identity, payment ownership, location and source-of-funds evidence before or during a withdrawal. This means a withdrawal form being available does not guarantee that the request will pass without verification. The Terms also place responsibility on the user for keeping credentials and wallet access secure.
The terms explicitly list the following restricted countries:
- Australia
- Austria
- Comoros
- France
- Germany
- Netherlands
- Spain
- United Kingdom
- United States
The restriction also includes sanctioned jurisdictions, FATF blacklist jurisdictions and any market prohibited by the Anjouan authority or Qzino's Risk and Compliance department. Game providers can impose additional country restrictions of their own.
Sportsbook and esports
The sportsbook supports pre-match and live betting, an Upcoming event builder, My Bets and Favourites. The sports navigation visibly exposed these 17 categories:
- Soccer
- Tennis
- Basketball
- Counter-Strike
- Table Tennis
- Dota 2
- Ice Hockey
- Volleyball
- Cricket
- eSoccer
- League of Legends
- Valorant
- eBasketball
- Handball
- eSoccer: Volta
- Baseball
- MMA
The affiliate page markets 25+ sports and esports categories, more than 1,000 betting markets and more than 60,000 events per month. Those are marketing coverage claims. The 17-name list above is the exact set visibly exposed across the sports navigation and homepage sports carousel, not a claim that only 17 categories exist in the backend.
Sports bets provide three times rank progress and 40 minting points for each $1 wager under the displayed Season 1 rules. Sports bets can participate in platform rewards, but each campaign defines qualifying odds, settled status, cash-out treatment and event exclusions separately.
The World Cup interface advertises a Combo Boost up to 100% and up to $200 in free bets. Its leaderboard rules confirm that cashed-out and free-bet wagers do not qualify. The normal sports navigation does not publicly specify universal Cash Out availability, a same-event Bet Builder, stream coverage or one void rule for every sport. The Upcoming event builder is a schedule and event-discovery control, not enough evidence by itself to claim a same-game parlay product.
Public feeds, leaderboards and prize evidence
Original game pages expose All Bets and High Roller feeds with recent stake, multiplier and payout fields. The weekly race exposes a paginated leaderboard and an exact top-ten USDT schedule, while the World Cup campaign publishes two top-100 leaderboards. These screens provide public activity and ranking data without requiring access to a player's private My Bets history.
Qzino does not surface public transaction hashes, an audited prize-distribution report or an on-chain proof page for the $20,000 weekly race and $50,000 World Cup pool. A leaderboard entry is evidence that the platform recorded a result, but it does not independently prove that every prize reached the winner's wallet.
Languages
The language menu contains exactly 14 choices:
- English
- Russian
- Spanish
- French
- Japanese
- Portuguese
- Portuguese, Brazil
- Korean
- German
- Polish
- Turkish
- Indonesian
- Italian
- Malay
The site's alternate-language tags match those 14 interfaces and add x-default for the default route.
Mobile and app access
Qzino provides a Progressive Web App rather than a separate app-store download. It can be installed on iOS, Android and desktop from a supported browser. The app runs from the home screen, updates through the web and does not require a large native package.
Qzino recommends Chrome or Safari. Android users install through Chrome's Add to Home Screen command. iPhone and iPad users use the browser Share menu and Add to Home Screen. Wallet-only registrants must first set an email address and password in account settings before signing into the PWA with credentials.
Responsible gambling, closure and complaints
Self-exclusion is requested from the registered email address through support@qzino.com. The terms say that the request takes effect within 24 hours and disables login until further notice. Qzino also offers a Time Alert for session reminders.
An account-closure request is sent from the registered email. The terms say a closed account cannot be reopened and recommend withdrawing all funds before closure. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months can be frozen. A frozen account with a positive balance can incur a 50 USDT monthly administrative fee. After 24 consecutive months of inactivity, Qzino can permanently delete the account regardless of the remaining balance. The terms also say betting-history data is retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Complaints about an incorrectly settled bet, technical issue, refund or transaction must be submitted in writing within 14 days. Qzino aims to respond within 28 calendar days. If internal support and senior management do not resolve the dispute, the player can submit a formal complaint with evidence and correspondence to the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan.
Ambassadors, sponsorships and public partnerships
Qzino does not name a celebrity ambassador, sports team sponsorship or entertainment ambassador on its official casino, promotions, VIP, affiliate or legal pages. Provider integrations are software-supply relationships and should not be presented as ambassador deals.
The launch announcement quotes a co-founder identified as Matero. That makes Matero a named project representative, not an ambassador. Qzino's public partnership route is its affiliate program, supported by affiliate@qzino.com and the Qzino Affiliate Telegram contact. The footer also links the official X account, Telegram community and Discord server.
Material review points
- Qzino officially launched in 2026 and is operated by Costa Rica-registered CG Universe under an Anjouan licence.
- The exact live counters are 2,013 slots, 747 live games, 46 table games, 7 Originals and 46 provider cards. These categories overlap and must not be summed into a unique total.
- The provider count consists of Qzino Originals plus 45 external suppliers.
- The wallet exposes eight crypto balances and no active fiat cashier option.
- VIP begins at Level 30 and SVIP at Level 57. The rank ladder runs from 0 through 77.
- Cashback reaches 40% only at the top tier. Standard Level 0 displayed 3% cashback and 10% rakeback.
- Crypto deposits have a 1x AML rollover, waived from Level 15. Fiat deposits have a 2x rollover.
- The $300,000 maximum-win clause can override a larger result shown by a game.
- Referral and affiliate headline rates conflict with the detailed program text, so commercial rates should be confirmed in writing.
- No official ambassador or sports-team partnership roster is published.

Field Test & Evidence Addendum — 2026-07-17
Observation Context
This read-only inspection ran from 2026-07-17T13:55:42Z to 14:00:24Z in a signed-in English-language Chrome session. The account balance was zero and the account level was not captured. The local timezone was Asia/Yakutsk, UTC+09:00. No VPN was used, and the region was not independently geolocated. Desktop pages were checked first, followed by one 390 x 844 responsive view. No deposit, withdrawal, bet, token connection, support message, KYC upload, security change, referral action, or self-exclusion request was submitted.
New Verified Facts
- E-001 | Scope: licence and domain | Grade B. The full live footer seal, including its current seal and stamp parameters, validated
qzino.iowith statusVALID. It named CG Universe Limitada, licence ALSI-202503015-FI1, andsupport@qzino.io. The bare validator URL without those live parameters returnedINVALID, so a domain-only validator link is not enough for publication. - E-002 | Scope: legal identity and domain | Grade B/U. The June 2, 2026 Terms PDF names
Qzino.com; the live service and licence seal nameqzino.io. The footer and Terms use the Los Yoses address, while the validator showed an Ofident Building address. The current seal verifiesqzino.io, but the domain and address differences remain unexplained. - E-003 | Scope: QZI status | Grade C/U. The mining page showed Season 1, four phases, a 20% minting-price increase per phase, a 16% Platform Drop, a 2% Mini App Drop, and conversion of points to QZI at TGE. It did not surface a QZI contract address, chain, TGE date, smart-contract audit, token audit, or on-chain distribution record. The BSC contract suffix shown in the USDT deposit panel belonged to the deposit token route and must not be presented as a QZI contract.
- E-004 | Scope: World Cup campaign | Grade A/C. At 2026-07-17T13:56:16Z, the $50,000 World Cup page showed the Knockouts leaderboard as active with about two days and ten hours remaining. Its Terms set the end at 2026-07-19T23:59:59Z, require a $0.10 minimum bet and 1.20 minimum odds, and allocate $25,000 to each of two top-100 leaderboards. This status expires quickly.
Cashier & Withdrawal Inspection
- E-005 | Scope: USDT BSC pre-submit | Grade B. The live Wallet showed a 1 USDT minimum deposit on BSC. The withdrawal form showed a 2 USDT minimum and a 0.1 USDT transaction fee. With a zero balance, the final Withdraw button remained disabled. No address or amount was entered.
- E-006 | Scope: withdrawal restrictions | Grade B. The June 2 Terms require 100% crypto-deposit rollover before withdrawal, except from Level 15. They allow anti-fraud processing to take up to seven days or longer and require the same wallet and network used for the deposit. Deposits from hot wallets, centralized exchanges, or other financial services may lead to a frozen withdrawal and additional verification. Confirmation count, network ETA, and a maximum withdrawal were not surfaced in the pre-submit form.
Provably Fair Reproduction
- E-007 | Scope: seven Originals | Grade A/C/U. The directory listed exactly Dice, Keno, Plinko, Limbo, Crash, Ultimate Dice, and Coin Flip. Dice, Keno, Plinko, Limbo, Ultimate Dice, and Coin Flip each displayed RTP 98%; Crash did not surface an RTP value in the inspected state. Dice exposed Manual and Auto modes, roll-under and roll-over, a 50% example chance, and 1.96x. Plinko exposed Low, Medium, and High risk, 16 rows, one ball, and a displayed 115x edge multiplier for that layout. Exact min/max bets were not captured.
The pages claimed provably-fair outcomes, but accessible text did not expose a client seed, server-seed commitment, nonce, algorithm, verifier formula, or independent verifier. Crash showed Round ID, Multiplier, and Hash columns, but no completed rounds appeared in the inspected state. No bet or round data existed for a replay, so independent reproduction was not possible.
Support, Security & Responsible Gambling
- E-008 | Scope: account security | Grade A/U. The opened Settings panel contained blocked-game visibility, animation, sound, music, effects, and autosave controls. Authenticator 2FA, passkeys, an anti-phishing phrase, session management, and withdrawal-address locking were not surfaced there. No setting was changed.
- E-009 | Scope: KYC and retention | Grade B. The Terms allow CDD at any time and permit deposit or withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete. They set up to seven days for an initial CDD response and up to 30 days from the first Risk Department response for completion. The same document says betting history is retained for a maximum of 30 days, inactive accounts may be frozen after 12 months, a 50 USDT monthly fee may apply to a positive frozen balance, and deletion may follow after 24 months.
- E-010 | Scope: referrals | Grade C/U. The referral page simultaneously showed
$2,000 and up to 35%,Up to 30%, a 35% comparison value, and an affiliate section offering up to 30% NGR during drops. The applicable commission rate remains unresolved without written programme terms.
Mobile UX
- E-011 | Scope: PWA and 390 x 844 layout | Grade A/C. The mobile-width homepage retained Casino, Sports, Wallet, World Cup, Weekly Race, slots, Originals, and provider navigation in the page structure. The install page described a PWA for iOS, Android, and desktop, with Chrome or Safari installation from the browser menu. Wallet-based registrants are told to add an email and password before using credential login in the PWA. A full mobile cashier, game round, chat flow, and install confirmation were not tested.
Conflict & Freshness Log
- Licence verification: always use the full live footer seal. The bare
domain=qzino.ioURL producedINVALID, while the fresh signed seal producedVALID. - Domain and operator records:
qzino.io,Qzino.com, two support-email domains, and two operator addresses appear across current first-party records. Do not collapse them into one verified identity statement. - Originals: six titles displayed RTP 98%; Crash RTP, all bet limits, and game-specific verifier formulas remain not captured.
- QZI: contract, chain, TGE date, audit, and on-chain distribution evidence remain not surfaced. Minting-page projections are not proof of token deployment.
- World Cup: the campaign was active during the check and was scheduled to end on 2026-07-19. Remove or archive the active wording after the deadline unless the page publishes a verified extension.
- Cashier: the observed minimums and fee apply only to USDT on BSC and can change. Recheck before use.
- Referral rates: 30% and 35% claims coexist on the same page. Obtain written rate and NGR definitions before promotion.
- Next review: repeat the licence, legal-document, QZI, World Cup, cashier, Crash RTP, fairness, and referral checks by 2026-07-19T23:59:59Z, then monthly while the product is active.

Direct observations
- The live footer seal, including its current seal and stamp parameters, validated
qzino.ioasVALIDat 2026-07-17T14:00:24Z. It named CG Universe Limitada, license ALSI-202503015-FI1, andsupport@qzino.io. The bare validator URL without the live seal parameters returnedINVALIDat 2026-07-17T13:55:58Z. - The current Terms PDF is titled
Terms and Conditions + CDD/KYC/AML Policies_02.06.2026. It namesQzino.com, while the live service and licence seal nameqzino.io. The site footer and PDF use a Los Yoses address, while the validator displayed an Ofident Building address. - The Originals directory displayed seven games: Dice, Keno, Plinko, Limbo, Crash, Ultimate Dice, and Coin Flip. Six game pages displayed RTP 98%. Crash did not surface an RTP value in the inspected page state. The pages claimed provably-fair mechanics but did not expose client seed, server-seed commitment, nonce, verifier formula, or an independent verifier in accessible text.
- Dice exposed Manual and Auto modes, roll-under and roll-over, a 50% win chance, and a 1.96x example multiplier. Plinko exposed Low, Medium, and High risk, 16 rows, one-ball default, and a displayed 115x edge value for the selected layout. No wager was placed and min/max bet limits were not captured.
- The World Cup page was active at 2026-07-17T13:56:16Z, with about two days and ten hours remaining. It showed the Knockouts leaderboard as active, a $25,000 period pool, and an overall $50,000 campaign ending 2026-07-19T23:59:59Z.
- The Wallet showed USDT on BSC with a 1 USDT minimum deposit. The USDT BSC withdrawal form showed a 2 USDT minimum and 0.1 USDT transaction fee. The zero balance left the Withdraw button disabled.
- The June 2, 2026 Terms require 100% crypto-deposit rollover before withdrawal, except from Level 15, allow anti-fraud processing to take up to seven days or longer, and require withdrawal to the same wallet and network. Deposits from hot wallets, centralized exchanges, or other financial services may trigger a frozen withdrawal and extra verification.
- The mining page showed Season 1, four minting phases, a 20% price increase per phase, 16% Platform Drop allocation, 2% Mini App Drop allocation, and future conversion of points to QZI at TGE. Relevant evidence comparisons
These reports share a product, payment, licensing, or evidence question with Qzino. The reason for each link is shown below.
Questions to answer before using Qzino
Each answer states whether it comes from direct observation, an official source, secondary evidence, or a value that remains unknown.
Does Qzino currently enable every coin named in its marketing?
No. The signed-in wallet enabled eight balances: USDT, USDC, BTC, BNB, ETH, SOL, TRX, and GRAM. Other coins named in broader marketing were not enabled balances during the check.
Which Qzino domain did the licence seal validate?
The full live seal validated qzino.io and named CG Universe Limitada with licence ALSI-202503015-FI1. A June 2026 Terms PDF named Qzino.com and used a different address, so the domain and address differences remain unexplained.
Did Qzino publish withdrawal fees for all enabled balances?
The live cashier displayed asset-level minimums and fees for all eight enabled balances during the dated check. Those values can change, and the form did not provide one fixed arrival time for every route.
Was the QZI token contract verified?
No. The mining page described phases, price changes, platform drops, and conversion at a future token generation event. It did not surface a contract address, chain, audit, TGE date, or on-chain distribution record.
Is Qzino available everywhere?
No. Qzino availability and legality depend on your country and local law. Check the current restricted-country terms before registering or depositing.
Read the related guideWhich cryptocurrencies does Qzino support?
The 20 July review records 8 enabled balances. The asset list below shows what the research found, but the live cashier, selected network, minimum, and fee control the transaction.
