GOATED describes itself as a provably fair crypto casino on Solana. Its homepage says the platform launched in June 2024 and has processed more than $1 billion in wagers. That wager figure is a company claim, not an independently audited volume figure.

The homepage title still advertises "1,200+ games." The current category filters are larger than that claim: the Slots filter alone contains 1,641 supplier assignments, while live casino has 66 titles and the Originals page has 15 games. The 1,200+ figure therefore functions as an older marketing minimum rather than a precise catalogue total.

Company, licence and domain scope

The footer names Mirai Kaze Ltd as the operator and gives registration number 16180. The registered office is in Mutsamudu on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. The same footer states that www.goated.com is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under licence ALSI-202411063-FI2.

The footer also links to an Anjouan licence validation page tied to the www.goated.com domain. The published licence evidence is specific to that domain and does not establish coverage for a mirror or unrelated affiliate domain.

The terms apply Belize law and name the courts of Belize as the primary dispute venue. Complaints are directed to in-platform support. No separate independent alternative dispute resolution service is named in the terms.

GOATED uses overlapping categories. Live casino contains game shows, blackjack, baccarat and roulette. Table Games also includes many live titles. Adding every category headline would count the same game several times.

Crash has a material internal inconsistency. The game page metadata says Edge: 1%, while the long-form rules on the same page state 98% RTP and a 2% house edge. A review should report both figures until GOATED makes the game interface and rules agree.

The Original pages do not publish a durable common minimum bet, maximum bet or maximum-profit table. Bet controls are currency-dependent, and their fields do not expose a reliable maximum. GOATED also describes a Top Goat Bonus for some of the largest players of the month. It is generally credited a few days after the monthly bonus and cannot be claimed early. The site does not publish a fixed qualification line or amount.

Reloads, lossback, partial level-ups and loans

Tier-up reloads are issued at Silver 1, Gold 1, Platinum 1 and Pearl 1. Each is a seven-day reload with a daily claim frequency. A missed claim expires.

Sapphire introduces permanent reload eligibility for active players. The VIP Reload article says Sapphire users can request a reload through support and claim it daily for seven consecutive days. Diamond users may be offered either daily instalments or one payment. The amount uses the player's previous seven days of wagering and profit. Loans are available from Sapphire. They borrow against pending rewards and are activated through the VIP host. Repayment can be made in USDC. The available-loan formula is not disclosed. GOATED limits players to four loans in a 24-hour period. Unpaid debt may be deducted from future rewards, and debt still unpaid after 30 days can lead to account restrictions or closure.

VIP transfers

That wording conflicts with the fixed active prize table. The active promotion's explicit 20-place table is the clearer rule, but players should check the live race page before relying on either description.

GOATED Daily Race

This is a token-only daily leaderboard, separate from the standard Daily Race route. Its page advertises $2,270 in daily prizes for ten leaderboard positions. Wagers on any game can count, but the stake must be GOATED. The accompanying promotion also says GOATEDX wagers count.

The prize pool is funded by 15% of net gaming revenue that previously went to the GOATED Lottery. The transition promotion says the lottery ended after its July 16 draw and moved that funding to daily USDC prizes.

The transition also described a 50,000 USDC distribution to remaining GOATEDX holders based on their share of eligible GOATEDX at the stated snapshot. GOATEDX holders were offered four options: convert at $0.001 per GOATEDX, complete a wager target to convert at $0.01, wager in the GOATED Daily Race, or hold for possible future promotions.

Standard Daily Race and Challenges

The sidebar has a second /daily-race product. It is separate from the GOATED-token race. GOATED also runs a Challenges lobby with time-limited game, multiplier or wagering targets. The number of live challenges changes, and each challenge can use its own game, target, prize pool and expiry.

Other promotions shown by the site

Bonus terms can be campaign-specific. The general terms allow GOATED to cancel an unclaimed bonus at the earlier of the campaign claim deadline or 60 days. Bonuses can also be removed from inactive accounts or accounts that GOATED considers to be exploiting an offer.

GOATED does not publish one general casino bonus table covering game contribution, maximum promotional stake, maximum cashout and excluded games. Those conditions depend on the individual campaign. Five wallet connection methods are named: Phantom, Solflare, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet and WalletConnect.

GOATED and GOATEDX are native platform balances used in token promotions and wagering. They are not included in the help centre's ten-asset deposit and withdrawal list and are separate from ordinary cashier assets.

Every crypto transfer must use the asset and network shown in the cashier. Sending an unsupported token or using the wrong chain can prevent automatic crediting. Blockchain confirmation times and third-party wallet delays are outside GOATED's stated control.

The public wallet and finance pages do not publish a complete per-network transfer matrix. Minimum deposit, maximum deposit, minimum withdrawal, maximum withdrawal, operator fee, network fee, required confirmations and guaranteed processing time are not publicly specified for each listed route. The transaction quote inside the account is the controlling value when it appears. A review should not infer limits from another asset or chain.

Deposit turnover and withdrawals

GOATED prohibits coin mixing. Every deposit must be wagered in full before a withdrawal or tip. A $100 deposit therefore requires at least $100 in settled wagers. This 1x turnover is an anti-money-laundering rule and is separate from any promotion-specific wagering requirement.

The verification help page says account verification is required before depositing and withdrawing. It also states that Level 1 must be completed before a player can place bets or withdraw. Only one account is allowed per person, household, IP address, device and deposit or withdrawal wallet. Account sharing, account sales and transfers are prohibited. GOATED can close linked or duplicate accounts and freeze their balances.

Two-factor authentication is supported through the account settings. Players remain responsible for their login credentials, connected wallets and private keys.

The account menu also exposes Wallet, Vault, Transactions, Redeem Code, Settings and Connect Wallet. GOATED does not publicly specify passkeys, a withdrawal-address whitelist, an anti-phishing phrase, login-session management or a list of trusted devices. These controls should be treated as not surfaced rather than assumed from the presence of 2FA. The privacy and terms pages allow account and transaction monitoring for security, KYC and AML purposes.

AML controls and prohibited activity

The terms and AML rules prohibit:

They instead prohibit access from any country where the service is illegal, requires a local licence that GOATED does not hold, or is covered by applicable sanctions or embargoes. Markets include match winners, draws where relevant and event-specific secondary markets. The sportsbook policy controls settlement, voids, errors, abandoned events and market-specific results. Sports promotions can add minimum odds, qualifying market, event period and early-payout conditions.

Cashout, Bet Builder and void rules

Cashout is available on selected pre-match and live events for singles and multi bets. It is not available for Same Game Multi bets. The quoted amount can be above or below the original stake and becomes final once credited, so the event's eventual result no longer changes that bet. Same Game Multi is GOATED's Bet Builder format. If one selection in a single Same Game Multi is void, the whole SGM is void. In a combined ticket containing several SGMs, only the affected SGM is removed; the remaining SGM legs stand and the total odds are recalculated. A void takes precedence over another result within the affected SGM.

If a postponed or abandoned match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start, open bets are settled using the final result. If it is not completed within that period, undecided bets are void. Markets that were already unconditionally determined can still stand. A change of opponent, reversed home and away teams, a materially abnormal match format, a technical error or obviously incorrect odds can also lead to a void.

The policy treats live score and editorial statistics as informational. Final settlement uses the official competition result or the sportsbook's stated data provider. GOATED can delay settlement when an outcome cannot be verified and can correct an incorrect settlement later. Voided sports bets do not count toward wagered volume or VIP progress.

The policy confirms live coverage on some events but does not guarantee a stream for every market. If coverage stops while the match finishes normally, settlement still follows the result. Free-bet rules, boost percentages and a general maximum sportsbook payout are not published in the policy as one platform-wide schedule.

The token can be wagered in the casino and sportsbook and is used in the GOATED Daily Race. GOATEDX is a separate in-platform token balance connected with earlier staking and lottery mechanics.

The token page describes a buy-and-burn mechanism in which 30% of GOATED net gaming revenue over each three-month period is used to buy and burn GOATED. This is an operator tokenomics statement, not a guarantee of token price or investment return.

The token page still contains lottery wording even though the Daily Race promotion says the lottery concluded and its 15% net gaming revenue allocation moved to the daily race. The transition promotion is the more specific statement about the current reward mechanism.

Fairness

GOATED publishes a Provably Fair section and markets its in-house games as verifiable. Provably fair normally lets the player confirm that a result was generated from committed server data and player-controlled or public seed data. It does not make a game zero edge, remove volatility or guarantee a return.

GOATED's implementation page publishes the actual common generator. It computes HMAC-SHA256 with the server seed as the key and the message client_seed:nonce:cursor. Each digest supplies 32 bytes. The float converter reads four bytes per value and divides them by successive powers of 256 to produce numbers in the interval from zero up to, but not including, one. The cursor requests extra HMAC rounds when a game needs more than eight floats.

The player-facing fairness overview identifies three core values: a server-generated game seed, a client seed created by the player's device and a cryptographic nonce that prevents reuse of an identical seed pair. The verification page accepts a game, client seed, server seed and nonce. The Seeds page can reveal a committed server seed and keeps a list of previous pairs when the account has data.

The public game conversions are specific enough to reproduce outcomes:

• Dice converts one float to a roll from 0.00 to 100.00. The code preserves an older 0.95% edge implementation alongside the current 1% version.
• Plinko generates one left or right decision per row using a 0.5 threshold.
• Keno selects 10 unique values from a 40-number set without replacement.

• Diamonds maps five floats to seven symbol values.
• Roulette maps one float to one of 37 outcomes.

Crash and Uno Duel are listed as Originals, but their complete result-conversion functions are not published on the implementation page. Verification proves that the disclosed seed inputs reproduce a recorded result. It does not prove platform reserves, guarantee future results or remove the published game edge.

External slots and live tables use the supplier's own certified game logic. Their RTP, maximum win, side bets and availability are game-specific. An Original's fairness mechanism or house edge does not apply to Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Evolution or another outside studio.

Cashier & Withdrawal Inspection

The deposit view selected Tether (USDT) and explicitly required the Ethereum ERC20 network. The withdrawal view exposed asset, network, amount, withdrawal-fee, destination-address and final-withdrawal controls. At zero balance, no numeric minimum, maximum, fee value, confirmation count or ETA appeared. No address or amount was entered and the final control was not used.

The full ten-asset network matrix was not captured. USDT / ERC20 is the only dated route observation in this addendum. Every other asset, network, limit and fee remains not captured and must be checked in the live quote before transfer.

Provably Fair Reproduction

GOATED publishes HMAC-SHA256 with the server seed as key and client_seed:nonce:cursor as message. Using synthetic seeds, nonce 7 and cursor 0, both .NET and Node produced digest 586d2b4ef41f9e9dd249c8d985d9ccf52d21145b96f1ee1fd8ac56a8aa072b50. Bytes 88,109,43,78 produced float 0.34541578916832805; the published current 1% Dice conversion returned 34.54.

This confirms the documented code path only. No bet ID or revealed real server seed was available, so no casino round was audited. Crash and Uno Duel conversion functions were not surfaced on the implementation page. Real-round result: not surfaced.

Support, Security & Responsible Gambling

The verification guide defines Levels 0 through 3. Level 1 requires legal name, date of birth and address before betting or withdrawal. Level 2 adds government ID and Level 3 proof of address. No document was uploaded.

The 2FA guide says authenticator codes apply to future logins, withdrawals and tips.
