Mia Malkova appeared at a Duel live blackjack table on 21 July 2026 in an adults-only session that quickly spread beyond the original broadcast. The Instagram account @onlyduelcom published a 16-second Reel at 19:48 UTC naming Malkova and showing her behind a blue Duel-branded blackjack table.

Seven separate X posts published on 21 and 22 July show the same table, outfit and studio setting. The material ranges from 14-second highlights to an 81-second vertical compilation. A 27-second compilation brings together several moments from the session, while shorter clips isolate individual exchanges at the table.

The footage confirms Malkova's appearance and the adults-only nature of the session. It does not establish the commercial terms behind it. None of the reviewed posts identifies her as a Duel ambassador, states that she signed a continuing partnership, or discloses a fee.
