What the evidence supports

Stake has deep product and payment documentation. Audience figures differ across official site surfaces, so they should be treated as operator claims with separate scopes.

What the latest research refresh covered

The 17 July 2026 refresh used an authenticated Spanish desktop session and reviewed public documents, navigation, and one USDT withdrawal quote. It did not deposit, wager, submit a withdrawal or address, enter 2FA, upload KYC, contact support, change limits, or use a location workaround.

Stake describes itself as serving more than 100 million monthly players. That is a marketing claim from the operator, not an audited count of unique active customers. The affiliate page separately displays 42.7 million worldwide customers, 85+ payment methods and 17 supported languages. These figures refer to different site surfaces and should not be merged into one audience total.

Stake launched in 2017. The contract for stake.com is with Medium Rare N.V., registration number 145353, at Seru Loraweg 17 B, Curaçao. The operator states that stake.com is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/1451/0918.

Payment processing may be handled by two wholly owned Cyprus subsidiaries:

  • Medium Rare Limited, 7-9 Riga Feraiou, Lizantia Court, Office 310, Agioi Omologites, 1087 Nicosia, registration HE 410775.
  • MRS Tech Ltd, Patrikiou Loumoumpa 7, Block A, Pervolia, 7560 Larnaca, registration HE 477481.

The terms are governed by Curaçao law and place disputes under the jurisdiction of the Curaçao courts, while reserving the operator's right to bring proceedings elsewhere when legally permitted.

The licence statement applies to the stake.com real-money service operated by Medium Rare N.V. Regional Stake products can have different operators, permissions or product models. A review should not transfer this licence number to a different Stake domain without checking that domain's own footer and terms.

Casino catalogue and count methodology

Stake does not place one exact all-games or all-slots counter on the casino lobby. The slots category uses progressive loading, so an exact slot total cannot be taken from the page without treating a partial card load as the whole catalogue. The site copy describes a broad slots library but does not publish an auditable current total.

The figures that can be counted directly are:

  • 500 publisher or studio cards after the publisher directory is fully expanded.
  • 31 cards in the Stake Originals category.
  • 118 cards in the live-casino category.
  • 49 cards in the game-show category.

Category membership overlaps. The 49 game-show entries sit inside the wider live product and must not be added to 118. Lobby entries can also be provider lobbies rather than individual tables. Stake's casino editorial copy says the live range has more than 150 titles. The fully expanded live category available in the account interface displays 118 entries. Both figures are useful, but they describe different things: one is a marketing claim and one is a visible account and locale specific directory count.

Casino sections include Only on Stake, New Releases, Slots, Stake Originals, Live Casino, Game Shows, Burst Games, Enhanced RTP, Stake Poker, Bonus Buy, Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Publishers. Demo or Fun Play is available on most supported games. Demo funds and demo winnings have no cash value.

Full publisher and studio directory

The fully expanded Publishers page displays exactly 500 routes. This directory is wider than a conventional list of large game suppliers. It includes Stake Originals, Stake Engine, established aggregators, independent studios and small creators distributed through Stake Engine. Some cards expose an untranslated internal label such as game_kurator_group followed by a slug. The names below normalize those visible slugs into readable names without changing their identity.

  26. Cases
  27. Scarab Spin
  28. Video Poker
  29. Tarot

  31. Blue Samurai

The publisher article still names an older 27-title selection and omits newer entries such as Moles, Wheel, Scarab Spin and Blue Samurai. The live category card count is the better current catalogue signal.

Stake Originals use a provably fair system based on a server seed, client seed, nonce and cursor. The random-number generator applies HMAC-SHA256 with the server seed as the HMAC key and the message clientSeed:nonce:currentRound. Each hash supplies 32 bytes. Game conversions take four bytes per random value, so one hash supports up to eight values before the cursor advances to another round.

The server seed starts as a random 64-character hexadecimal string. Stake publishes its hash before play and reveals the plain seed only after the player rotates the seed pair. The client seed belongs to the player and can be changed in the fairness control. The nonce rises by one after each bet made with the same seed pair. The cursor starts at zero and advances only when a game needs more than eight generated values. Blackjack and Hilo can use an unlimited number of cursor increments; Video Poker uses seven, Mines uses three, Plinko uses two and single-value games such as Dice, Limbo, Roulette and Baccarat stay at the default cursor value.

The verifier can reproduce a completed result from the revealed server seed, client seed, nonce and cursor. Stake also publishes the calculation and conversion code and links a community third-party verifier. This proves that a recorded result matches the committed inputs. It does not predict the next result, remove the house edge or validate a third-party provider game.

Verified Original economics

Stake does not publish one economic table for all 31 Originals. The individual game pages provide stronger evidence for the titles below. Currency-specific minimum and maximum stake fields were not surfaced on those public descriptions.

OriginalHouse edge and RTPVerified range or maximum
Dice1% edge, 99% RTPAdjustable 2% to 98% win chance; displayed payout examples run from 1.102x to 49.5x
Mines1% edge, 99% theoretical RTP5 by 5 board with 1 to 24 mines; the published sample table reaches 140.89x at five revealed gems with 20 mines
Plinko1% edge, 99% RTP8 to 16 rows, four risk settings and a 10,000x maximum at 16 rows on Expert risk
Crash1% edge, 99% theoretical RTP1,000,000x published maximum; each round has a five-second entry interval and a live player leaderboard

Dice calculates payout from the selected win chance while retaining the 1% edge. Mines raises the multiplier after each safe tile and lets the player cash out before selecting another tile. Plinko changes its paytable with row count and risk setting: the published 16-row maxima are 16x on Easy, 110x on Medium, 1,000x on Hard and 10,000x on Expert. Crash supports manual cash-out and an automatic target. These are payout multipliers, not maximum cash prizes; any currency or account payout ceiling was not publicly specified on the game descriptions.

The category includes Crazy Time, Ice Fishing, Lightning Roulette, Gates of Olympus Roulette, Red Door Roulette, Lightning Storm, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, MONOPOLY Live, Mega Roulette 3000, MONOPOLY Roulette, Mega Roulette, Crazy Balls, Stock Market, Crazy Coin Flip, Funky Time, Amazing Baccarat, MONOPOLY Big Baller, Money Time, Mega Baccarat, Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, Fortune Roulette, Lightning Blackjack, Lightning Dice, Treasure Island, Mega Ball, Crazy Pachinko, Gold Vault Roulette, Football Studio, Mega Wheel, PowerUp Roulette, Lightning Baccarat, The Bingo Spot, Race Track, Super Color Game, Snakes & Ladders Live, Marble Race, War, Fireball Roulette, City Roulette, Dice City, Balloon Race, Korean PowerBall, Sky Roulette, Mega Roulette Brazilian, Port Roulette, 24D Spin, Futebol Studio Ao Vivo, Red Baron and Mega Bola Da Sorte.

Slots, burst games and poker

Popular lobby examples include Gates of Olympus 1000, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Sweet Bonanza 1000, Sugar Rush 1000, Dragonspire Frostfall, Duck Hunters and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter. These are examples, not a popularity ranking fixed for all users.

Burst games mix instant-win and video-game mechanics. The casino copy names formats such as Keno, crash, chicken and Mines, with examples including Pragmatic Plinko+, Aviamasters, MineDrop, Pachinko Planet and Drop the Boss. Many are built or distributed through Stake Engine, and some appear in early access.

Stake Poker supports cash games, tournaments, freerolls, sit and go formats and regular promotional series. Current poker promotions include:

  • World KO Championship Poker Series with more than $1,000,000 in guarantees.
  • JAQKpot with advertised prizes up to $1,000,000.
  • All in or Fold Jackpot with $500,000 in prizes.
  • Bad Beat Jackpot advertised at $1,000,000.

Poker and live-poker table availability depends on location and account eligibility.

VIP programme

Stake's VIP ladder is based on qualifying wagering, not deposits or account balance. The official VIP guide states that sportsbook wagering progresses three times faster than casino wagering. The thresholds below are the casino-wager equivalents:

TierQualifying wager
Bronze10,000
Silver50,000
Gold100,000
Platinum I250,000
Platinum II500,000
Platinum III1,000,000
Platinum IV2,500,000
Platinum V5,000,000
Platinum VI10,000,000
Diamond I25,000,000
Diamond II50,000,000
Diamond III100,000,000
Diamond IV250,000,000
Diamond V500,000,000
Obsidian1,000,000,000

Benefits by tier

Bronze adds weekly bonuses, monthly bonuses, rakeback and a level-up bonus. Silver and Gold add bonus growth. Platinum I to III add daily reloads. Platinum IV to VI add a dedicated VIP host, host bonuses and renewable reloads. Diamond tiers continue those benefits and allow more customized rewards through the VIP host. Obsidian is the published top threshold.

Rakeback

Rakeback becomes available from Bronze. Stake's current rakeback guide states that casino rakeback returns 3.5% of the house edge attributable to each wager, not 3.5% of the full stake. It applies whether the bet wins or loses. The same guide says Sportsbook betting can also earn rakeback.

Example: if a casino game has a 1% house edge and the player wagers 1,000, the theoretical house edge amount is 10. A 3.5% return on that amount is 0.35. This is a calculation example, not a guarantee of a particular account credit.

Weekly and monthly bonuses

Weekly boosts are available from Bronze and are calculated from recent play and VIP level. Stake says the weekly boost is issued on Saturday at 12:30 GMT through its VIP Telegram channel. Monthly bonuses are available to all VIP levels and are normally distributed by email around the middle of the month. Values are personalized rather than fixed in the public terms.

Reloads

Platinum members gain daily reloads. Stake calculates them from activity across a recent period of 7 to 42 days, depending on tier, and also considers profit or loss during that period. The guide gives Platinum III as an example of a tier that can receive a 42-day reload period. Platinum IV and higher can receive renewable reloads arranged by a VIP host while the account remains active.

Level-up and recent-play rewards

Each new rank can trigger a one-time level-up reward. The VIP page also describes recent-play bonuses, including money back on losses when leveling up. Public pages do not publish a fixed cash table for every rank. The value depends on tier, eligible activity and account history.

VIP hosts

A dedicated host can be assigned from Platinum IV. Hosts handle account support, renewable reloads, personalized bonuses and bespoke benefits. The word can matters: reaching the threshold does not make every discretionary host reward automatic.

Welcome offer and bonus codes

Stake does not publish one universal deposit-match package with a fixed percentage, maximum and wagering multiple for every new account. The VIP guide describes a code-based welcome system. A new user can enter an eligible affiliate or referral code within 24 hours of registration. The actual reward and restrictions belong to that code's campaign.

A review should not describe a permanent 100% deposit match unless the exact campaign page for the reader's region states it. Code-specific terms can differ by market, acquisition partner and product. Stake also uses coupon links for some community prizes and promotions.

Deposit-bonus rollover and contribution

When a deposit bonus creates an active rollover, Stake measures progress against a 4% theoretical house edge. Sportsbook wagering is assigned a 3% edge and contributes $0.75 for each $1 wagered. A casino game with a 1% edge contributes $0.25 per $1, so it clears the requirement four times more slowly than a game contributing at the full 4% rate. Higher-edge games can clear it faster. The bonus currency remains locked until the requirement is met, or until the entire balance in that currency has been used and no bets remain open. Progress appears in the wallet when the player tries to withdraw the affected currency.

The deposit-bonus policy has a long provider and title exclusion list. It excludes every game from providers including 155, Amusnet and EGT, plus named games from many other studios. The list is too extensive and changeable to reduce to a handful of examples. Eligibility should be checked on the policy page before wagering. Stake does not publish one universal maximum bonus bet or maximum bonus cashout in that policy; campaign-specific terms control those values.

Cash balance is wagered before bonus balance. Promotion expiry and claim periods come from the individual offer. Once a bonus is forfeited or deactivated it cannot be reactivated, although bonus funds already credited to the account balance remain available under the general terms. Stake can cancel an unclaimed bonus at the end of its claim period or after 60 days, whichever comes first, and can withdraw an offer or cancel a bonus at its discretion. Multi-accounting and bonus abuse can lead to withheld rewards or account closure.

Current recurring casino and community promotions

Daily Races

Stake advertises $100,000 every 24 hours. Casino and Sportsbook wagering earns race progress automatically. The top 5,000 racers receive prizes after each race, credited directly to their accounts. The public page does not publish one flat points formula because game edge and product contribution can differ.

Weekly Raffle

The weekly raffle has a $75,000 prize pool split between 15 winners.

  • One ticket is earned for every $1,000 wagered across Casino and Sportsbook.
  • Each ticket has its own entry number.
  • The draw is streamed at 2:00 PM GMT every Saturday.
  • The next raffle begins one hour later.
  • Wagering between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM GMT on Saturday does not count because of the weekly changeover.
  • Stake says the draw uses Google's random number generator on the live stream.
  • The account must be in good standing and may be subject to extra KYC or AML checks before payment.
  • Stake partners and employees are not eligible.

Stake vs Eddie

This weekly multiplier challenge has a $50,000 pool split between all qualifying players. The displayed round requires a minimum $0.10 equivalent bet and a multiplier of at least 644.60x on Professor Lightning. The target game and multiplier change between rounds.

Qualifying multipliers use the total wager, not the base-bet component. Multi-account users and players with ongoing affiliate benefits are excluded. Stake allows up to 48 hours for prize payment and asks players to wait 72 hours before contacting support about a missing coupon.

Conquer the Casino

Conquer the Casino advertises a maximum $75,000 weekly pool across 15 selected new releases. Each selected game can award:

  • $3,500 for the largest qualifying payout.
  • $1,500 for the highest qualifying multiplier.

The minimum bet is $0.10 equivalent. A Big Win must return at least 1x the wager. Tied Lucky Win multipliers go to the larger wager, or are split if the wager is also equal. The advertised pool can be smaller when fewer than 15 games take part.

Other casino and poker offers displayed

  • Wheel Wars.
  • World KO Championship Poker Series.
  • JAQKpot.
  • All in or Fold Jackpot.
  • Bad Beat Jackpot.

Sports promotions displayed

The promotions and sportsbook home pages display several event-specific offers:

  • Score First, You Win: qualifying 1x2 football bets are paid when the selected team scores first in 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
  • World Cup Finals Odds Boosts.
  • World Cup Multi Bet Boost.
  • World Cup Halftime Rush.
  • $100,000 World Cup Raffle.
  • Stake Shield: add three or more legs to enable the shield on an eligible multi.
  • Stake Ranked Overtime Refund for the final deciding map.
  • MLB Refund at the start of the ninth inning.
  • UFC Money Back for a split decision.

Event promotions have their own fixtures, minimum odds, bet types, maximum refunds and end times. They should be reviewed from the individual campaign page rather than treated as permanent account benefits.

Affiliate and referral programme

The Stake affiliate programme pays commission on referred Casino and Sportsbook activity. Its public overview displays a default commission rate of 10%, instant earnings credit and lifetime commission while referred users remain active.

Public formulas are:

  • Casino: house edge as a decimal multiplied by wagered amount, divided by two, then multiplied by the commission rate.
  • Sportsbook: 0.03 multiplied by wagered amount, divided by two, then multiplied by the commission rate. The programme uses a 3% theoretical sportsbook edge for this calculation.
  • Poker: collected rake multiplied by the commission rate.

The programme allows customized commission arrangements. It supports cryptocurrency and local-currency earnings, campaign links, banner templates and multilingual support. Affiliate commission is not the same as a player welcome bonus. Some player promotions exclude accounts with ongoing affiliate benefits.

Network support matters as much as the ticker. A user must select the network shown in the wallet and send to the matching deposit address. Sending an asset or token over an unsupported network can make recovery impossible. Minimum deposits, minimum withdrawals, required confirmations and fees are shown in the wallet and can vary by asset and network.

The wallet exposes values only after both an asset and network are selected. For USDT on Ethereum, the deposit screen states that funds are credited after two confirmations. It does not show a deposit minimum, deposit maximum or Stake deposit fee on that route. The matching withdrawal form displays a $2.50 USDT minimum and a $1 USDT transaction fee. It requires an amount, destination address and two-factor code before the withdrawal button can be used. A maximum and a guaranteed processing time were not surfaced. These figures belong to the USDT Ethereum route and should not be copied to another token or chain.

Wallet features include direct crypto deposits, withdrawals, Swap Crypto, and purchase connections described by Stake as MoonPay, Swapped.com, Swap Connect and Mesh. Exchange and purchase providers have their own country support, KYC, spreads and fees.

Local currencies and balance display

Stake's local-currency guide names 25 deposit markets or currencies:

Argentine peso, Bolivian boliviano, Canadian dollar, Chilean peso, Egyptian pound, Ghanaian cedi, Indian rupee, Indonesian rupiah, Kenyan shilling, Malaysian ringgit, New Taiwan dollar, Nigerian naira, Pakistani rupee, Philippine peso, Polish zloty, Turkish lira, US dollar in Ecuador, Vietnamese dong, euro in Ireland, euro in Finland, euro in Slovenia, Chinese yuan, Korean won, New Zealand dollar and Costa Rican colón.

The same guide names 25 account balance display currencies:

USD, EUR, JPY, INR, CAD, CNY, IDR, KRW, PHP, RUB, DKK, MXN, PLN, TRY, VND, ARS, PEN, CLP, NGN, AED, ILS, SAR, TWD, GHS and KES.

Deposit availability and balance display are different. A currency shown as an account conversion does not automatically mean a direct bank deposit or withdrawal is available. Local methods depend on country and wallet eligibility.

Deposit and withdrawal rules

Stake requires both fiat and crypto deposits to be wagered once before withdrawal:

  • Fiat: 100% of the deposit value must be wagered before a fiat withdrawal request.
  • Crypto: 100% of the deposit value must be wagered before a crypto withdrawal request.

This 1x deposit turnover is separate from any promotion-specific playthrough. Stake can insist on withdrawal through the original deposit method, split a withdrawal across several methods, combine multiple pending withdrawals, charge a fee and perform enhanced due diligence.

The account holder must own the destination payment account or wallet. Minimum withdrawal values appear in the wallet. Blockchain, exchange, payment processor and bank charges can apply in addition to any fee charged by Stake.

The crypto withdrawal path is currency first, then network, amount, destination address and two-factor code. The final confirmation must be left to the account holder. A network mismatch can cause permanent loss, and the wallet does not present one platform-wide confirmation count, minimum, fee or processing promise that applies to all 21 assets. Values not shown for a selected route are not publicly specified.

Deposits should be made for genuine betting. The operator can suspend or close an account when it believes funds were deposited without an intention to wager. This is part of its anti-money-laundering control and makes Stake unsuitable as a pass-through wallet.

Player-fund treatment

The terms say deposits and winnings are held in separate customer bank accounts or crypto wallets for betting, settlement, fees and charges. This contractual separation means Stake says the funds are not used for another purpose. It is not government deposit insurance, a bank guarantee or protection from every insolvency risk.

KYC and AML

Stake can request KYC at registration or at any later point. The operator can restrict gambling, payments and withdrawals until it is satisfied about identity and location. Checks can cover:

  • legal name, date of birth and age;
  • identity document;
  • residential address and location;
  • ownership of a payment method or wallet;
  • profession and source of funds;
  • source of wealth for enhanced due diligence;
  • sanctions and watch-list screening;
  • transaction and blockchain analysis;
  • device, geolocation and IP-masking signals.

Additional KYC can be required for a withdrawal, a promotion prize or recovery of funds from a closed, locked or excluded account. The minimum age is 18 or the higher legal gambling age in the player's jurisdiction. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared.

Stake expressly prohibits money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraudulent transactions, automated registration, multi-account abuse and manipulation of location information. VPN or proxy use intended to defeat geoblocking is a breach of the terms.

Restricted jurisdictions

The terms name 44 prohibited countries, territories or regions:

Afghanistan, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Croatia, Cuba, Curaçao, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, North Korea, Ontario, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, South Africa, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States and Zimbabwe.

The restriction applies both to residents and to anyone physically located in a prohibited jurisdiction. Sanctioned individuals and entities are also excluded. Product providers and payment processors can impose narrower country restrictions than the general Stake list.

Sportsbook, esports and racing

The sportsbook supports pre-match, in-play and outright markets. The interface displays direct category routes for:

Alpine Skiing, American Football, Aussie Rules, Badminton, Baseball, Basketball, Beach Volley, Biathlon, Boxing, Cricket, Cross-Country, Cycling, Darts, Field Hockey, Formula 1, Futsal, Gaelic Football, Golf, Handball, Ice Hockey, Indy Racing, Lacrosse, MMA, Motorcycle Racing, Padel, Rugby, Ski Jumping, Snooker, Soccer, Specials, Stock Car Racing, Table Tennis, Tennis, Volleyball, Water Polo and Wrestling.

Esports routes include Arena of Valor, Call of Duty, Crossfire, CS2, CS2 Duels, Dota 2, Dota 2 Duels, eCricket, FIFA, FIFA Bots, King of Glory, League of Legends, Madden, Mobile Legends, NBA2K, Overwatch 2, Rainbow Six, StarCraft 2 and Valorant. Racing has separate sections for horse racing, greyhounds and harness racing.

The number of live events changes continuously. The sportsbook supports pre-match and live singles, multis, Same Game Multis, Bet Builder markets, outrights, esports duels and event statistics. Streaming availability depends on rights and account eligibility.

Cashout is available only on selected pre-match and live singles or multis. It is not available for Same Game Multis. Every cashout has a delay and can fail if the market is suspended or the odds change during that delay. Once accepted, the credited cashout replaces the final bet result. The value can be above or below the original stake, and Stake can reverse a cashout settled in error.

The general rule voids undecided bets when a postponed or abandoned match is not completed within 48 hours, unless the sport-specific rules say otherwise. Voided bets do not count toward wagering or VIP progress. If one selection inside a Same Game Multi is void, the entire SGM is void. When several SGMs are combined, only the affected SGM leg is removed and the remaining odds are recalculated. Bettors can choose to accept any odds change, accept only higher odds, or reject changes; rejecting changes is the default. Dead-heat reductions, overtime treatment and settlement sources vary by market and sport.

Event boosts, free bets, Stake Shield and refund offers have fixture, odds and market restrictions on their own campaign pages. The sportsbook rules do not publish one permanent free-bet amount, boost percentage or streaming entitlement for every account.

Mobile access

Stake does not describe a universal native iOS or Android store app for the global site. It offers a progressive web app that can be added to a phone's home screen through the mobile browser. Casino games are built in HTML5 and most of the sportsbook is available through the same mobile site.

The PWA should be installed only from the official stake.com domain. Users should enable two-factor authentication, use a unique password, verify deposit networks and recheck withdrawal addresses before confirming a transaction.

Interface languages

The language menu contains 17 options:

  1. English
  2. Spanish
  3. Japanese
  4. Chinese
  5. Portuguese
  6. Russian

The presence of a dedicated Stake sponsorship page is a stronger current signal than an old press release. Sponsorship contracts can still change, and regional advertising rules can limit how a partnership is presented.

Responsible gambling

Stake provides loss, wager and deposit limits.

Loss limits can be set for one day, one week or one month and use net loss. Unsettled bets count toward the limit. Wager limits can also be set for a day, week or month and cap total wagering without offsetting wins. A decrease takes effect immediately. An increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Deposit limits are currently daily. Fiat deposits stop when the limit is reached. Crypto received above a deposit limit can be placed in a withholding balance and released gradually as the daily limit resets. Setting or reducing the deposit limit is immediate. Increasing or removing it requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Break in Play periods are one day, one week or one month. Indefinite self-exclusion has a minimum six-month period before the account can be considered for a return-to-play review. A selected break or exclusion cannot be reversed before its period ends. Account closure is available through live chat or support@stake.com. A voluntarily closed account has a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before reopening can be considered.

External help links include Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy, the National Council on Problem Gambling and Gamtalk. Stake can also close or self-exclude an account when it considers continued gambling unsafe.

Security and fairness

Account controls include two-factor authentication, passkeys, login monitoring and the Stake Vault. The Vault is an internal account feature. It is not a bank account or insured custody product.

The terms recommend two-factor authentication and make the user responsible for keeping login details private. The crypto withdrawal form requires a two-factor code when 2FA is active. Passkeys and login monitoring add protection against password reuse and unfamiliar sessions, but they do not replace checking the network and destination address before a transfer.

Stake's privacy policy covers identity and contact information, government identification, location and device data, IP address, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, VIP status and affiliate identifiers. Users can request access or correction and may ask for deletion through support@stake.com. Deletion is not guaranteed when Stake has a legal duty to retain the data. Privacy complaints can also be sent through email or site chat. Data may be processed or stored internationally under the safeguards described in the policy.

Stake Originals use provably fair verification. Third-party slots and live games rely on the provider's certified game systems and the operator's integration. A provably fair receipt confirms the relationship between seeds, nonce and result after the bet. It does not prove that a game has no house edge.

Stake's footer links GameCheck certification and displays a Tanzanite certification mark. These seals are separate from the Curaçao Gaming Authority licence and should not be described as additional gambling licences.

Customer support and complaints

Support is available through 24-hour live chat and support@stake.com. Live chat requires a signed-in account. The Help Center covers account verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, security, sportsbook questions, VIP and responsible gambling. Stake's support guide names five staffed support languages: English, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. This is narrower than the 17-language interface menu, so an interface translation should not be treated as proof of live-agent coverage.

The formal complaint route starts with Stake customer service at support@stake.com. If the dispute is not resolved to the user's satisfaction, the terms direct the user to remedies in the governing-law jurisdiction. Curaçao law applies and the Curaçao courts have exclusive jurisdiction under the user-facing clause, while Stake reserves the right to bring proceedings in another competent court where permitted. The terms do not name a separate independent alternative-dispute-resolution body.

Public activity and prize evidence

Original game pages display a Casino Bets table with Game, User, Time, Bet Amount, Multiplier and Payout columns, plus separate Casino and Sports views where available. Crash also has a live round leaderboard showing participating players and their cashout status. These feeds are useful for checking that rounds and payouts are being recorded, but they are not audited proof of the operator's total payout volume and may mask or omit account details.

The weekly raffle has a public Saturday draw stream and Stake says it uses Google's random-number generator during the broadcast. Each $1,000 of eligible Casino or Sportsbook wagering creates one ticket, and 15 winners divide the advertised $75,000 pool. Daily Race standings and promotion leaderboards provide another public result trail. Promotional leaderboards, streamed draws and visible bet feeds are transparency signals, not substitutes for regulator records, complete financial statements or cryptographic proof of every advertised prize.

Review conclusions

Stake's strongest measurable features are the unusually broad 500-route publisher directory, 31 proprietary games, a 118-entry live category, 21 named cryptocurrencies, 17 interface languages and a VIP ladder that runs from Bronze at 10,000 to Obsidian at 1 billion in casino-wager equivalents.

The most important restrictions are the 1x turnover on every deposit before withdrawal, broad KYC and source-of-funds powers, 44 named prohibited jurisdictions, provider-specific regional availability and personalized VIP rewards that do not have a fixed public cash table. The site also mixes marketing claims with directory counts. A precise review should keep those figures separate.

Field Test & Evidence Addendum — 2026-07-17

Observation Context

  • Observation time: 2026-07-17T13:32:16Z; 2026-07-17T22:32:16+09:00 local time.
  • Environment: desktop Chrome on Windows; Spanish interface; authenticated session. The username, balance, VIP tier, IP address and precise location were deliberately not recorded.
  • Region: not captured. No VPN, geolocation bypass or jurisdiction test was used.
  • Safe-test boundary: public documents and navigation were read, and the wallet was opened only as far as a withdrawal quote. No deposit, wager, withdrawal, address entry, 2FA entry, KYC upload, limit change, self-exclusion or support message was submitted.

Cashier & Withdrawal Inspection

The wallet uses a currency-first, network-second withdrawal flow. For the observed USDT / ETH selection, the visible quote was a USD 2.50 minimum and USD 1.00 transaction fee. The form required amount, address and 2FA. Maximum, blockchain confirmations and processing ETA were not surfaced. No destination address or authentication code was entered, and the final action was not used.

The selector was virtualised. Its initial visible subset was not sufficient to rebuild a defensible 21-asset network matrix in this bounded pass. The dossier's 21 named assets remain a public-guide inventory; active networks, per-route minima, fees and confirmations should be checked again in the wallet immediately before any transfer. Values from E-003 must not be copied to a different asset or chain.

Provably Fair Reproduction

The public implementation specifies HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce:currentRound), with a cursor selecting bytes across 32-byte rounds. It also explains the pre-bet server-seed hash and post-rotation seed reveal. No completed bet ID and revealed server seed were available, so a real Stake round was not replayed. Result: not surfaced. Running the published function with invented seeds would verify only the sample algorithm, not Stake's commitment or settlement of an actual bet.

Originals RTP, live minimums and maximums were not re-enumerated in this pass. These values remain game- and configuration-specific and should be captured from each game's information panel at the same timestamp as any future claim.

Support, Security & Responsible Gambling

The terms recommend 2FA, and the observed withdrawal route required a 2FA field. Support is offered through authenticated live chat and support@stake.com; no message was sent. The official support guide names five staffed languages, while the interface offered 17 display languages.

The expected global Stake Smart URL redirected during public retrieval, so current deposit, loss, wager and session-limit durations were not recaptured. Self-exclusion, passkeys, login-monitoring controls and account sessions were not opened or changed. Their current availability is not captured for this addendum.

Mobile UX

A dedicated narrow-viewport run was not completed. No claim is made about one-handed navigation, cashier fit, game iframe behaviour, chat obstruction or install prompts. The official site links a mobile-browser installation guide, but a web-app manifest, service-worker scope and installability event were not inspected. PWA status: not captured.

FAQ

Questions to answer before using Stake

Each answer states whether it comes from direct observation, an official source, secondary evidence, or a value that remains unknown.

Does Stake's 500 figure mean 500 independent game studios?
Direct observation

No. Stake calls this collection a Publishers directory, and the 500 displayed routes include Stake-owned entries, aliases, and small creators. It remains a route count until those entries are deduplicated into legal entities.

Why do Stake's official audience figures differ?
Official source

Different Stake pages publish figures such as more than 100 million monthly players and 42.7 million worldwide customers. The pages use different labels and may use different scopes, so the numbers should not be merged into one audited audience total.

What did the Stake USDT withdrawal quote show?
Direct observation

The selected USDT-on-Ethereum route displayed a $2.50 minimum, a $1 transaction fee, and fields for the destination address and 2FA. It did not show a route maximum or guaranteed arrival time, and no withdrawal was submitted.

Does Stake publish audited proof that balances are fully reserved?
Not captured

The terms state that player deposits and winnings are held in separate customer bank accounts or a crypto wallet for wagering and related charges. The refresh did not capture an audited reserve and liability reconciliation.

Is Stake available everywhere?
Not captured

No. Stake availability and legality depend on your country and local law. Check the current restricted-country terms before registering or depositing.

Which cryptocurrencies does Stake support?
Direct observation

The 20 July review records 21 named assets. The asset list below shows what the research found, but the live cashier, selected network, minimum, and fee control the transaction.
